Emergence: A Story of Romance, Peril, and Vampires

Emergence: A Story of Romance, Peril, and Vampires

Kira spat. A loud gasp escaped the witch’s mouth before she snapped it shut and pursed her lips to keep it so. She was aware of the existence of vampires, but had never been exposed to them. She had no idea what to do to help her friend. She understood the bond having sex would create. Witches were known to do the same at times. Although, the sexual ritual a witch used was accompanied by a spell. She could only assume that the drinking of Kira’s blood after having sex with her was the equivalent.

Bewitching The Deadly Vampire

he informed her as he cut the steak on his plate. “I didn’t know that marrying you is a great political interest. I should maybe formulate my own plans how I would like to improve the relationship between the vampires and the witches.” Adrienne said as she put a slice of meat in her mouth and chewed. “Mom and Raith were deeply in love with each other but not everyone is of the same understanding. A witch has been reported to be dismally abused and injured by a vampire somewhere in Baiwick just last Friday,” she said telling him of the news she just read about from Immortals Daily, a vampire newspaper which Adrienne read to see about the daily news and condition of vampires mostly but also me

Azian (Prince of Dragons)

Azian (Prince of Dragons)

Maybe it all came from the lingering frustration about every little thing since my little family reunion at school. I tried not to think about it. Or anything else in particular but as you know it’s quite hard to keep your mind blank, so yeah, not much luck. I switched on the lamp beside my bed taking out my Creatures of the Moon book, I was reading something about Wendigos the last time if I could recall well. Vicious creatures, I tell you. These were the true creatures of the night. More deadly than vampires in my opinion. I sighed through the pages buying out time, as the minutes whisked away.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I love the characters and how well you have them interact with each other. I can’t remember the last time I laughed so much when reading a book. Even though I had an inkling on where the story might go, I preferred to follow along with your storytelling instead.

COME TO ME

COME TO ME

he asked, slightly tipsy from all the wine. Vlad snorted, “That is child’s play. The author, what’s her name? Stephanie something reduced vampires into whining pussies.” He shook his head and chugged down another glass of wine. Alcohol had no effect on him, he could down a crate of beer and still recite Shakespeare’s Hamlet from beginning to end. The only thing he couldn’t do was to rally his kind to join Suzanne in the fight. And for that, he felt remorseful. Hans who sat at the head of the table nursed his glass slowly, lost in his thoughts. Thomas continued rambling on, “How about Anne Rice? Did you inspire her as well?”

The Witch & The Full-blooded Lycan Prince

The Witch & The Full-blooded Lycan Prince

What can I say, I have always rooted for the underdogs, and people rebellious enough to challenge the damning status quo? The air swirled around the victor, encasing him in a form of prison, the water formed a barricade between him and the other one, and the ball of flame engulfed his three-edged fork and claws, slowing the descent, but it was not of the fiery kind, like that of the colour of the sun, but a blue flame which depicted my kind of witch. I figured my actions would give the creature surrendering a moment to rethink his decision and perhaps run. But that didn't happen.

The Heartless Hybrid Queen

The Heartless Hybrid Queen

Adelaide rises from my throne and Aurora runs to engulf her in an embrace. They squeeze each other tightly for a moment, and I watch the bond they’ve developed continue to grow stronger. After a few pleasantries are exchanged, we seat ourselves at the table behind my throne and Adelaide gets right down to business. She explains to Aurora all about witch history and the different elements they can draw power from: water, fire, air, earth, light, void, and blood. She tells her how most witches live in covens, which can range from small residencies to large cities, like Adelaide’s city; Vesper’s Void. It is home to her coven but also to other vampires and humans.

Shadows of Bloodlust

Shadows of Bloodlust

A shiny dagger with distinctive light-emitting engravings curved in her hand. Alex continued to press Victoria with her incredible physical strength and speed. She dodged Victoria's attacks with ease, but Victoria was not to be outdone. She used her dagger skilfully, creating beautiful halos as their fights collided. The two clashed, throwing powerful and swift attacks. Victoria used her vampire energy to attack Alex at a speed that was difficult for the human eye to detect, while Alex used his intelligence and experience as a detective to keep up with Victoria. "Arrghh!" Victoria's dagger managed to pierce Alex's skin, causing fresh blood to ooze from the wound. However, before Victoria cou

THE SCENT OF MY CURSE

THE SCENT OF MY CURSE

“Found you, ” I whispered. Beneath it, my mother had written: The Witches of Virelyn. I swallowed and kept reading. They were an ancient coven. Power-hungry and dangerous that sold their magic to powerful packs in exchange for protection and influence. They specialized in dark magic. Not reckless chaos, but controlled corruption. Enhancements. Manipulation. Control. Anything. My fingers trembled as I turned the page. They were wiped out after a spell meant to bind wolves permanently to feral instincts went wrong. No

The Witch And The Alpha

The Witch And The Alpha

"Talking to the witch when you should be taking what she knows." Everything happened too fast. Draeven launched himself at the witch, his corrupted claws extended. She threw up a shield of shimmering light, but he tore through it like paper. I heard her scream as his claws raked across her side, saw blood spray black against the snow. "No!" I didn't know why I shouted it. Didn't know why my body moved before my mind caught up. I crashed into Draeven, sending us both sprawling. My warriors stood frozen, confused, caught between orders and instinct.
