I yelled and cried a little more. I found myself shaking uncontrollably when I was done and everyone in the room rips their heads in our direction. I had no doubt in my head. This was Bahm's mother. The first Dark Witch.... "Excuse me?" Shouted Agatha with her hands at her hips. She was fixing her short navy dress and came clicking her heels my way. Her face had an anger on it that I couldn't quite understand. She was furious. "What are you doing?" Hiliana puts her finger up to stop Agatha.

“Ain’t the tooth fairy, cousin. That thing out there ain’t leaving quarters under pillows. It’s carving up shifters like meat.” “Thanks for the image,” I muttered. Chase stretched out his legs, boots scraping the floor. He looked bored, but I knew better. He only looked bored when his mind was racing. “We knew a witch once,” he said finally. All eyes turned to him. Curt straightened, nodding. “Atterbury. You remember? The one with the chickens in her yard. What was her name?” Chase frowned, rubbing the back of his neck. “Hannah. Or Helena. Something with an H. She wasn’t exactly friendly.”

James hesitated for some time as I waited patiently besides him to know the truth, he looked into my eyes innocently and started speaking "I am a Vampire." He was shocked at my reaction because he had expected that I would be scared but I just nodded and waited for him to complete "You are not shocked." I smileed and looked into his eyes "If I know about Cameron then it is obvious I know about vampires." He was taken aback "How do you know so much, who are you." I took in a deep breath "I am a witch and for now I can only tell you this." He stammered as he tried to gain what I said "Witch"

I made it a priority to ignore Ryan all the way home as the first person I wanted to speak to was my mother. But arriving at the mansion, I could sense a very powerful aura, I knew it was none other than Mistress Hagar, a powerful witch who lived in our region was performing a powerful locator spell to find my children... I knew that whoever took them must have also used magic to elude my pack mates. Mistress Hagar performed her spell and soon revealed that the midnight pack had my children for revenge purposes. That Fucking arrogant prick!!! How dare Alpha Jackson do such a stunt in my territory?

I muttered “how am I supposed to know about my witch side, Martha seems to be avoiding me, she’s a witch yes?, who’s gonna help?” There was some silence and then “Margot Oswald”

A lady hushed her friend as we walked past them to the center of the room where a couple was. "Oh my gosh, it's Alpha Hansel, he really came!" Another whispered. "He isn't going to steer trouble here, is he?" "But then, he's dangerously hotter in person, look at those eyes," My Beta and I kept our smile up regardless. More than ever, I didn't want to be at this party but for this one person, Alpha of Moon Veil Pack, Craig, a dear friend. "My goodness! You really came!" Craig blared excitedly as we approached each other. "I thought you wouldn't come," he hugged me tight, almost squeezing the breaths out of me.

Wilbur glanced at Hagin coldly. Hagin's actions just now had thoroughly pissed Wilbur off. This merfolk did not respect humans in the slightest, and the nine checkpoints were just a way for him to get rid of these two pesky humans. The old man smiled. "Of course. It's your call, Sir Hagin." Hagin seemed to regain some of his bravado at the old man's words, and his expression turned cold again as he waved a hand. "Come with me."

Meagan asked Brianna who giggled. “I can hear you!” Hazel said loudly. “Slavery era ended a long time ago.” Brianna replied. “I am stuck with you, Meagan Swift! You deserve all the happiness in the world, so give another man a chance in your life!” Hazel screamed from the rooms “Shut up, Hazel!” Meagan shot back. “We have just ten minutes to call time.” Brianna reminded as she took out a small brush from her bag to redo her hair. Hazel is an iota wolf which means a worker that works at the pack infirmary treating wolves.

In the corner of my eye, a bit of movement registered. This caused me to turn toward the corner and what was before me... the hag. Holding herself up on the top corner of the wall. She released a roar that sucked away any idea of bravery in that instant. Leaping down, the witch made her way toward me. Falling on the lap of my dead friend, the crustiness of her skin almost made me vomit if it wasn’t for the danger before me. Its dreaded smile was the last thing I remembered before blacking out.

Derek glanced at the abandoned village and questioned, “It seems like we were misled. Most probably it was a spell to confuse the wanderers.” Harris nodded as he turned and stared at Derek, “Indeed, I have been misled many times. I adopted you thinking that I would raise a loyal dog but instead, I seemed to have raised a fierce wolf.” Derek’s eyes widened and before he could chant a spell to escape, Harris embedded a dagger in his stomach.
