Kiara’s POV It took us about 30 minutes to get to meemaws, as she lives just on the edge of the town that meets with the forest. We used to come here a lot as kids playing hide and seek in the forest. I looked at the old tree swing we used to spend hours taking turns on. Meemaws house was a tiny 2 bedroom 2 baths little cabin. Outside she had a beautiful herb garden right off to the right of her creaky old porch. The cabin was painted white but could definitely use a fresh coat as the paint was chipping.
