Her eyes, sharp and unreadable, she takes me in with a skeptical glance, as if weighing my soul in the span of a second. She's dressed simply in a wool sweater and jeans, but there's an undeniable strength in the way she carries herself. I offer a small, polite smile. “Hi… I’m Hazel. Hazel Grimshaw. I know this is unexpected, but I’m a witch, too. I tracked you using a spell, a spell to track magic. I need to find someone who might help me.”

Justin glanced at the witch, “—where we 'stay'. There will be other better trained witches, vampires and shifters there.” “What if that witch’ friends have messed up our ‘inn’?” argued Saga. “I don't have much time, black blood,” the witch exclaimed with a smile that didn't reach the corner of his eye. Justin and the others tried to prevent one last time, but Saga refused and instead darted until he was one meter in front of the witch. He turned to his friends who were both angry and worried, and moved his lips to say one word, “Plan.” “I want to meet Bara, but you must let my friends pass this road,” said Saga boldly.

He crinkled his brows. "Yes. Hagar the witch. She used to have a daughter who used to be a seer. Is she still alive?" Jaha clarified. Rufus very well knew who Hagar was, he had just not expected the Vamplord to ask after her.
