Elias’s eyes shifted briefly toward the windows again before he answered, “Carter wolves.” The name landed hard enough that Takoda went completely still. Not visibly aggressive…controlled, like all the anger pulled inward instead of outward. Harmony looked between them slowly. “I’m sorry...wolves as in actual wolves, or rich family nickname wolves?” Elias finally looked at her. The corner of his mouth twitched faintly for the first time all night. “Both,” he answered.

I couldn’t remember where I’d smelled it before, but it was definitely someone I knew. I saw two wolves with their hands tied behind their backs accompanied by two or our guards. Shifting and quickly dressing, I jogged over to where they were sitting. “Tobias....” I growled, leaning down and grabbing him by the collar of his shirt. He was barely recognizable, his face badly beaten and swollen. The she-wolf next to him looked less injured, but not by a lot. “Wyatt....” he choked out, but I lifted him up by his neck, cutting off whatever was coming out next.

Witches are powerful, but they are not all-powerful. Valeria managed to secure a peace treaty with the wolves, and for several years, wolves and witches were good allies. The entire community was satisfied with this arrangement, and their lives had been peaceful. Even when there were rogue attacks, the joint border defense of the witches and the Stormhowl wolves prevented anyone from harming them, and all community and pack members could live their lives in peace. Both communities interacted freely, and there were even pairs of wolves and witches. Even Fiona found herself a likable wolf, although her belief in wolves hadn't been restored, she knew Dion wasn't like the others.

Wolves don’t usually patrol much in a storm. I gather all of my troops that I brought with me and I separate them into four groups. I am sending them to the four corners of the pack territory to see if my scouts can find some kind of clue to help us find her. Sean and his group of warriors were patrolling their section of pack territory and he noticed that there were lights on in the old LeBlanc house which he found odd because he couldn’t remember anyone ever living there.

He has white fur all over his body, a little bigger than a black wolf, he has blue eyes but he also has sharp nails and fangs. The black wolf hit the white wolf with his talons that’s why the white wolf moves backward.

I could feel Torey's gaze on us while Luara shook her head defiantly. "Yes, you are." I laughed, tickling her as she struggled to get out of my hold, giggling loudly before escaping my grip and running off. I sat between Torey and Charlotte; Sam was on the other side of his mate. Elijah had left around an hour ago, he had somewhere he needed to be. Two other wolves had joined us, their names were Joanna and Clara. They were both pack warriors and their mates were currently running border patrol. Joanna's mate was Torey's head tracker and apparently the best in West America.

They are technically not at peace with the Vagas Pack. Now here’s where it gets complicated. The Alpha took a wolf who was being harmed by the Vagas Pack from them and he intends to mate with her. Is she still a Vagas Wolf? If she is and she mates with the Twilight Alpha, do they fall under the old treaties then? Or does she escap

Dove mumbled, embarrassed by revealing so much. “I know that Animikii has sent 3 wolves to retrieve me without fail. His mate, Moon, who is just as twisted as Animikii, being only a couple hundred years younger than him. She’s blind, but sees everything.
