We walked through the clearing slowly, noting the subtle shifts in movement. Wolves who had once scattered or ducked behind others now lingered nearby, observing without obvious fear. Some approached cautiously, offering small pieces of information, fragments of rumor, changes in patrols or schedules. Every interaction, however minor, mattered. Influence moved quietly, threading through these gestures, and each wolf was learning that presence alone could be a statement.
