The Wife (Rossi, Book 2)

The Wife (Rossi, Book 2)

After everything that happened, Caroline just forgave us and we decided to get a hotel room to be away from everyone. We are just eating dinner in the hotel restaurant. We have a booth tucked away in the corner. We were just talking when she suddenly unzipped Antonio’s pants. She reaches into his pants and slowly takes his cock out under the table. From where I’m sitting, I can see what she is doing. But no one on the outside would be able to notice.

The Billionaire's Alternate Plan

The Billionaire's Alternate Plan

Valorie stopped before she opened the bathroom door to summon the other wives from the bar, she’d left to follow Julie. “Think about the title of A.K. Crusader’s first novel, Blackmailing the Wedding Planner. I wrote the book already, and no one caught on.” Julie couldn’t help the little giggle as she watched Valorie’s face. “Don’t you think that’s funny? Well, now, I need to leave. Have a nice evening.” Julie tried to move past Valorie, but she blocked the door.

I started this thinking here we go same as so many on the app. But seeing Michael realize things weren’t how he believed and taking a good look at himself was refreshing. Juliette and her struggles were handled in a way that she wasn’t shown as incompetent but handling her issues. Good read
Harper Blake
The book's complex language and spelling errors made it unclear at times. Dialogues were overly long, often feeling like therapy sessions, which could be boring. However, the sincere discussion of ADHD and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome showed the author's personal touch. Overall, I'm glad I read it.

“Cool! But what do you think about the girls there? You think they’ll stand against the owner there—what’s her name? Alisha?” “Eliseva.” “Yeah, Eliseva! She’s a cunning woman. She’ll make the girls say yes to everything and pretend like they are happy there. But all in all, she won’t even let those girls confront the cops because she wouldn’t like to take risks at—” “Your girlfriend!” Christian interrupted him all of a sudden, “Your girlfriend can stand against her. If she would show some courage, I know others will do the same! Am I right?”

And then I sought after it. “She’s like a bird caught in a storm,” Bukky continued. “She might surprise you if you give her some space to grow. You keep trying to force her into your chaos.” Antonioni scoffed. “Space? For what? To become soft? To crumble? No, Bukky. Soft women don’t survive in this world. She either becomes fire or burns.” “You don’t have to burn her to test her strength,” Bukky said gently. Antonioni chuckled darkly. “Then what do I do? Pamper her? Teach her how to play in the dark? I don’t have time to babysit. If she can’t learn by watching, she doesn’t belong.”

The Woman Who Cracked The Code

The Woman Who Cracked The Code

Curious and slightly wary, and entirely unaware that the woman standing ten feet away from her had once counted her fingers in a hospital room and memorised every one. "Mama," Luna said softly. She was looking at Isabella. I felt a sharp pain pierce my heart. Isabella held her closer and turned away without looking at me again, and Elias followed, and the man by the laptop pulled the drive and pocketed it, and within two minutes the warehouse was emptying of everyone except me and the still, silent figure in the wheelchair by the far wall. The door closed. I stood completely motionless until I heard the cars outside start and pull away.

Wild Ladies

Wild Ladies

SN: I will be introducing a new character into the book and she's most likely to change the plot and thicken the drama as she's involved in the lives of all the older characters so buy some coins and enjoy reading 'Women'. This new character would bring drama, comedy, action and suspense into the book. You might have an idea of who she is but trust me, you'll never see it coming. She is an independent woman as well and a strong one who doesn't stand for anybody's bullshit. She'll bring all other characters to a halt and change perspectives. Also, sneak peek; there may or may not be a separation in view for an unexpected couple.

The Awakening

The Awakening

The younger wolves ran errands under the strict commands of their elders, while the older ones gave instructions in clipped tones, voices carrying over the crackling fires already being prepared for the feast. I could smell roasted venison and herbs in the air even though it wasn’t evening yet. My stomach clenched at the scent, but it wasn’t hunger that bothered me—it was nerves. “Don’t wander too far,” my mother’s voice cut through my thoughts as she brushed past me, her long dress flowing like water against the grass. Her hair was pinned back, regal as always, her expression tight with purpose. “There’s too much going on, and you’re expected to stay where we can see you.”

THE BIKER'S NEW FOUND MATE

THE BIKER'S NEW FOUND MATE

Women in tight clothes draped over bikers, music pounding from somewhere deeper in the building. A massive man with a shaved head blocked our path. Tattoos covered every inch of visible skin, and his eyes were flat and cold. "You brought her here?" His voice was gravel and rust. "The princess?" "She is under my protection, Jacks," Albert said. "Anyone touches her, they answer to me." Jacks looked me up and down like I was something he scraped off his boot. "Knox know about this?" "He will." Another biker appeared, younger, maybe late twenties with a cruel smile. "Damn, Ghost. Could not wait three more days? Had to bring your new toy home early?"

This is a great author & wonderful gifts she gives us as she shares her stories with us! I'm so grateful! This one is exceptional! She even includes wonderful lessons learned throughout, without it being condescending or too much! She also wrapped up all of the characters lives at the end! LoveLove!
