The book is mostly about how the first omega came to be and how she taught her kind how to use their mystical powers. This is like a big manual. Halfway through the book, it turns into a biography of the first twenty omegas in existence. It told the stories of their struggles in life and in unlocking their powers. It explained the methods they used to nurture those powers and make themselves stronger.
