Daddies Inferno: Tales of Dominance and Devotion

Daddies Inferno: Tales of Dominance and Devotion

"If I see one more cliché, one more lazy adjective, the punishment will escalate." I began to type, my fingers shaking. The friction of my pussy rubbing against his erection with every slight movement of my hips was driving me insane. I was trying to think about literature, about power and surrender, but all I could feel was the heat of him. I could hear the muffled sound of a student coughing in the hallway, the distant sound of a door closing. The risk was a physical weight in the room. "Paragraph one," Xander murmured, his voice dropping an octave, becoming that dangerous, velvet growl. "It's still too wordy. You're hiding behind big words because you're afraid to be direct. Be direct, Zo

Staying with him

Staying with him

She listened the way she listened to the true things, all the way through, without reaching for the pen until he was done. And when he was done she wrote four sentences. Four sentences that were his and not the press statement, that went between the professional language and the professional language like a window in a plain wall. The statement went out on a Wednesday morning with his name on it and four sentences that were entirely him, and she went to work and sat in her consulting room and saw three clients and did not

Encounters with the Pen

Encounters with the Pen

Work took the better of it as if there was nothing there to strike a chord and tell me that I used to write as spirited as before. The years between this piece and the one prior to it was devoted mainly to writing using a different language and syntax. Sentences usually start with an equal sign to prompt the application to compute or automate something. Every little thing at work involving columns, rows or cells was solved using Microsoft Excel. Thus, the literary writing hiatus must have been temporarily called off and replaced with its numeric, logical or conditional counterpart owing to the demands of work.

Never Forgive You, My Ex-Husband

Never Forgive You, My Ex-Husband

I can already hear the chords rising, carrying her down the aisle. I’ll stand waiting. I’ll smile. She’ll walk toward me, eyes down at first, then lifting, and in that moment, she’ll remember. Because how could she not? ********************************** I write the word forever three times across the page until the ink bleeds. My pulse steadies as the letters fill the paper. The walls hum with approval. Or maybe that’s just the blood in my ears. ********************************** Night falls heavy before I realize hours have passed. The drafts scatter across the floor, some torn, some smudged. My hand aches from writing the same phrases over and over: loyalty, forever, trust, home.

I just finished reading the book now and I must say I have enjoyed every bit of it. I couldn’t put it down once I started reading. I so loved Kara and Ry’s love story. Lots of laughters and tears but loved the happy ending. I hope there is a sequel.

This book has been one of my favorite books from you author. The love story of Ry and K is amazing. I would still read them from time to time and not get bored of their story. I love your writing especially on a romantic love story. So many emotions, laughter and tears.
