The mafia king.” It seems like our sweet and good natured Catherine might have a dark side that she hides. Dmitri spat out blood in my direction, an act of disrespect. I stood up from the chair and walked closer to him, raising his chin so he could take a look at me. "None taken." I chuckled. "But tell me, how do they look in the books you read?" She fiddled with her hands for a moment before answering. "Well, they're mostly Italian or Russian. They're dark and mysterious. They're always with a gun. They have several women..."

Chapter five Micah’s POV What the fuck kind of mafia N*****x nightmare had I landed in? Was I being tested? A powerful ledger so vile, so goddamn explosive it would make the FBI piss their pants and make the Mafia run for cover.
