Alice exclaimed making Xander nod "I found something in this book!" Logan exclaimed making Alice and Xander stare at Logan. They then read the book and in the book it was written that if you often feel things will happen in the future. There are several possibilities that happened. It could be just a coincidence, so you guys avoid that problem. However, there are also things that happen on purpose. In a sense, someone with mystical powers is protecting you from something dangerous.

Astrid explained. "Yes, I wish I could have seen it otherwise, but everything on this page points to the end of the world, and that includes me as well," Cindy sighed, the book open in front of her, Cindy's gaze occasionally wandering to the pages. "Are those the only details mentioned in such a large book?" Rafael inquired, his gaze fixed on the book. Cindy chuckled, "You should have asked the better question, who created the book." "And who exactly is that?" Astrid inquired.

Not quite registering the question, she looked at her hand, which now rested on the wooden panel. Derek reached over and took the book from her lap, examining the cover and the blurb on the back. "Fyodor Dostoyevsky, huh?" he asked, proceeding to read the page that Ashlyn had bookmarked. "'But how could you live and have no story to tell?' That was him, right?" Derek asked, and Ashlyn nodded, a ghost of a smile possessing her lips. How had he known that? The quote was not referenced in the pages that he read. It wasn't often that she met someone who knew Dostoyevsky, at least not outside of her World History class.

an update! And about the series I promised yesterday, I was thinking of writing a book for Xavier and one for Liam and Fredd...which one do you guys want first? and bear in mind, I can only do one chapter today❤️🥰

"I can imagine that in this day and age, you're not too familiar with our customs and traditions; probably not even with mates, am I correct?" I nodded. "Here are some books I think you could benefit from," Xavier said, pulling three from the shelf. "If you have any questions let me know, I'll go get you some tea while you read." I thanked him as he handed the stack of books to me. I found a sofa in the next room over and began to look through the several-hundred page books I'd been given. One was entirely dedicated to mates. I opened that one first.

I didn’t know where to begin. Finally, I whispered my heart’s question into the air. “How can we stop Xareth?” I wrote it. The book pulsed once. Ink bloomed across the page.
