Kairos Kairos watched as Thorne stayed back after Basics, lingering close enough to the girl that it raised his attention. He continued to watch after everyone had gone off into the locker room, arms crossed and eyebrow raised. He didn’t understand what the appeal was to the girl. She was pathetic. A nobody who somehow managed to get into the most prestigious Alpha Academy. He wondered how she got into this Academy. The Academy. There were dozens of other schools for Alphas around the world that she could’ve at least managed at. Who decided this school was for her?

Once they stepped on the grounds of Diamond Academy, Maria stuck close to her brother as she followed him to the Opening Ceremony for the Elementary Division. Diamond Academy was known to house three different divisions: Elementary School, Middle School, and High School, each with its own specific building and uniform. Think of it as finishing school or business school, if you will. It’s for Alpha heirs. They teach you all you need to know to rule a pack and negotiate the politics between other packs. Every powerful Alpha has gone to one.”
