Sitting at a table with Kyle, Steve, Suzie, and Grayson I cannot stop myself from staring at Alpha Zac as he addresses the pack. I thought Grayson was delicious-looking, but fuck he was just a snack compared to Alpha Zac. He is built like a sex god. He was at least a foot taller than me, with chocolate brown hair that was perfectly tousled. Longer on the top, short on the sides. Piercing blue eyes, the same color as the rivers around us. A slight bit of scruff was neatly outlined on his sharp jawline. I could see every budging muscle under his dress shirt. Corded forearms were showing as his sleeves were rolled back.

He asked in his robotic tone. “Find my Luna, Freya. Start by tracking her phone and then her location.”

He shrugged, “Because I know I don’t have the choice, but it doesn’t feel the same anymore. My spark has gone.” “You were punching those kick bags yesterday with some serious passion,” I pointed out. “With anger, Dad. Anger, frustration and hopelessness.” “Well... either way, no one saw any weakness. And maybe as Alpha, when you have meaning in your life, happiness will follow.” He forced a smile, “Maybe.” I slid a piece of paper across the desk, with five names on it. “Anyway, now you have your first enemy sorted, you need to make the final decision on a Beta. On our shortlist, we have Julius, Ace, Marcellus, Emiliano and... Elias.”

Jake’s jaw tightened slightly, but he said nothing, waiting for Joseph to continue. “That’s why we’ve decided,” Joseph said, gesturing to Tammy, “that Tammy will take on the role of Luna. She’s strong, capable, and comes from a respected lineage. She’s the perfect choice to lead this pack alongside you.” Tammy smiled and stood, smoothing out her dress. “It’s an honor, Alpha,” she said sweetly. “I know it’s sudden, but I believe we can do great things together.” Jake stared at her for a long moment, his expression unreadable. Then he let out a long, exasperated sigh and pinched the bridge of his nose.

I said, calling the man, watching as he froze, looking at me over his shoulder as he did. “I, Valerie Morozov, accept your rejection, Alpha Alessandro D’Almerita.”

They both turned to where the voice came from. “Ichiya, I told you not to yell so loudly in public, it's rude.” “Sorry Keito, I'm just so excited.” The two males approached them. Ichiya was a 5'7 guy who loves playing basketball. He's known for being loud and outgoing. Most of all, he thinks of Takumi as an older brother, even though they're the same age, not to mention they're in the same class. He's one hell of a flirt but has terrible luck with the ladies. Yep, a hopeless romantic.

Alpha said. “It matters not what anyone here believes to be true. I am here to claim what is rightfully mine,” I said. “Oh? Is this not a family reunion?” Alpha Joshua said. “I, Shane Hayes, am here to challenge Alpha Joshua Wright of the Dark Moon pack,” I said. “Hayes? You are a Wright,” Alpha Joshua growled. “Your name will die here, today. Hayes is the name I’ve taken and will be the name that carries into the next line,” I said.

Alexandro warned automatically, stepping off the porch. Valerian scooped the child up effortlessly, spinning her around before placing her on his shoulders. “I’ll take care of her,” he replied with a wink, clearly enjoying himself. From the ocean, a figure emerged through the surf—Nivera, her silvery-blonde hair plastered against her skin, water droplets catching the light like diamonds. She waved toward the beach, her smile radiant.

I asked He looked at me like I just asked the most obvious question “ only on the days that end with ‘Y’.” Alex answered, pulling out of the drive away and into the woods. The drive was silent, the two in the back fell asleep to the music Alex insisted on listening to, smooth jazz. I just shrugged rolling my eyes when he turned on it and started thumping his fingers on the steering wheel. I think I almost saw a smile, not a smirk but a real smile crack through his emotionless face just for a moment. When we arrived at the plane, Alex brake checked the two boys in the back to fling them forward, waking them in the worst way.

Although she had wanted to die so badly, someone saved her, so she should at least show some kindness, and the fact that she was not in wind winders pack anymore, she would try her best to start a new one. Theo almost took action when he heard Maya’s suggestion. He wondered how many liters of guts Maya had drunk to say something so absurd to the alpha. What surprised him the most was that his alpha did not get angry. His mood seemed to have gotten better after being teased by that young lady. After Maya left, he secretly took a look at his ruthless alpha and was surprised to find him smiling. Alpha Ashton was smiling….. The cold-blooded alpha Ashton was smiling. Theo felt goosebumps all over
