The Alpha’s Shadow Luna

The Alpha’s Shadow Luna

Put a heavy hand on my shoulder. “He’s a golden dragon, Leah. An army of frost wyrms is no match for him. They’re creatures of ice, and he breathes fire hot enough to melt steel. He’s young, yes. Inexperienced, yes. But his instincts are ancient. The dragon knows what it’s doing even if the boy is still catching up.” Another explosion of flame split the sky. Through a brief gap in the storm I saw a wyrm tumble downward, fire eating through its frozen scales as it spiraled toward the mountainside. The ground shook when it hit.

Everlasting Fire

When he wanted to, he could look like a purely murderous creature. His dragon was equally as impressive. He was still small, considering he was only seventeen, but he was a deep ruby red dragon. Garren confirmed that he was a fire dragon, and with time he would be able to emit enough heat to melt gold with just a touch of his fingers. He could already make small flames form in his palms.

Escaping From My Ruthless Alpha

Escaping From My Ruthless Alpha

“They are raised as dragons—taught to fly, to hunt, to control their fire. They breathe flames at anything that moves, testing their strength against one another. By the time they shift into their human form at the end of that year, they are already teenagers—fully capable of taking care of themselves.” Marlana’s brows lifted in intrigue. “They age that fast?” “Dragons live very long. We grow quickly in the beginning and slow down later.” His tone was matter-of-fact, but his eyes were still trained on the babies, watching the way their tiny chests rose and fell with each breath. Marlana cradled Astor closer and he cooed, probably confused by the big tall man staring at him intently. “I guess

Guardian Dragon

Guardian Dragon

It was required of all future Kings to learn at a younger age since a Dragon King could die at any given time. My father became King when he was only ten years old, I became King shortly after I turned eighteen. His father had become King only a few days after he been born. While technically my grandfather had been too young, someone had stepped in to take the role of King at four years old. Dragons matured faster, so it wasn’t unheard of for a child to run a Kingdom. Unlike humans, Dragon Shifters could talk and walk within the first month after birth. Our brains develop quickly, so we never truly get to have the kind of childhood that humans get.

The Golden Dragon's Princess

The Golden Dragon's Princess

“Comb my hair.” He lay upon the bed on his stomach whilst I worked the comb through his hair. “Mine will be the first generation,” he continued. “Where there will be no pure dragon mating. Those of us who survive are too closely related, or inappropriately aged.” “Inappropriately aged?” “The only dragon females I am not related to,” he sat up and took the comb from me, beginning my hair. “Are too young or too old to bear children. There are less than five hundred dragons in this world. Our species, as it currently exists, will end.”

I loved this story that I did not want it to end. I would love to see Liera and Aurien's story continue from here although we do see snippets in your other books. I read this book often to remind myself that we all can fight through life's challenges with strength and determination. Thank you
Sarah.
I really loved the book, I wish there were more like it on this app. The characters are charming and the story is beautifully written, the premise makes me want to continue reading the other books. I hope there will be lots more like this one and maybe even longer

Akyran's Folly

Akyran's Folly

“Our daughters are children,” Aurien turning to address Leamoira. “Dragons mature at the same rate as humans. I find it difficult to believe that the prophecy intends for our children to fight monsters before they are fully grown.” “It would be difficult for a child to wield a sword,” Leamoira agreed. “There is no measure of time to the prophesy, but I think it’s safe to assume that it will be a number of years until the heroine is ready to fulfil her future. Which leaves us with what to do in the interim?”

Dragon King's Human Mate

Dragon King's Human Mate

I spent hours studying the text. I learned about Alice's Dragon, referred to in ancient languages as the 'Rare Healer of Fire.' This unique dragon was gifted with ancient magic. If the Rare Healer of Fire mated with another dragon, they would be reborn as humans but retain the ability to use dragon magic without their dragon forms.

Chosen in Dragonfire

I would stand here, and I would not move, and I would let the five minutes go by, and I would walk out. The sapphire girl walked toward the dragon. She walked the way she had stood in the yard, with her chin up. Two other girls followed her, laughing the high, breathy laugh of people who could not believe the thing in front of them was real. "Don't," I said, quietly enough that no one heard me. One of the girls reached out a hand. The dragon's chest swelled. I saw it happen the way you see lightning before you hear it — the long ribs lifting, the throat coloring orange under the scales, the yellow eyes gone narrow.

The Dark Dragon Prince

The Dark Dragon Prince

My fist clenched so hard that frost spread across the desk. He exhaled loudly. “You know how powerful he is, Draven. If you suppress Karl for long, he'll force control…it will be catastrophic.” I knew that already, better than anyone. Karl is not like other dragons. He is stronger, more violent and far less stable which was exactly why women died around me. I finally turned to Ariel “That...is exactly why I will stay away from her.” His brows pulled together. “You think distance will solve this?” “Yes.”

The Legendary Mage and Her Golden Dragon

The Legendary Mage and Her Golden Dragon

With the knowledge of his past lives he had deduced that the birthmark of the dragons must have appeared on his wrist when he turned 18, and that was why the Prophets had been able to locate him. And the mages this time must have remembered their past mistakes and made him undetectable so that the Prophets could not spot him until he was strong enough to defend himself... Just the fact that the golden dragon was on Astoria, which was a world in the intermediate plane of existence, showed how careful the humans had been.
