On the bright side of this mess, Logan had something accomplished to show when he applies for another job. His company or former company majored in the food industry and their products were quite reputable for their fresh and organic ingredients. Logan had worked his way up from a mere employee to a managing director in their sales and marketing department which was quite impressive. Hopefully, his choice this time would be companies with bigger reputations, and luckily a corporation. ‘’Where’s Lucian?’’ He asks on his way out of the living room. ‘’Asleep.’’ I reply, turning my gaze back to the TV show I was watching before Logan stepped in and dropped the unexpected bomb.

I have been through enough to realize that these men are hungry lions, and they care about no one else by themselves. Also, men like to spite and ridicule the ego of other men, and according to what I found on the internet, Logan is not exactly Lan’s favorite, which means that Lan could decide to completely destroy all that Logan has, especially as I have given him the power to. Lillian who stood there didn't also expect the change of things. "What were you expecting?" Kelly asked her and suddenly patted his forehead, "oh, he is not the old man you think. That's him." Kelly turned to Logan, "It is fun making people think that you are an old man?" "It doesn't matter what they think because it doesn't affect me in the slightest" Logan shrugged. "President Logan, I didn't realize it was you. I'm sorry for being rude to you before" Mr. Elsher immediately bowed his head.

Liam says as we approach the table. “You look lost, honey. Did you get separated from a school field trip or something?” Morgan asks, cocking her head. “Morgan!” Liam snaps. “What? She can’t possibly be eighteen!” I sigh. Pretty sure this is going to be a theme over the next few days. “I’m not.” “See!” Morgan says, throwing a pointed look around the table. “How come you’re here then?” Logan asks. His voice is deep and smooth, like dark chocolate. “Well, I applied. I got in. I assume the same way you all did?” I say, lifting an eyebrow.

But they're smirking down at us as if they've found new toys to entertain themselves with. “Oh, my bad. We haven’t been properly introduced,” the first one says. He seems to be the one with the big mouth, roping his friend into whatever trouble he’s about to cause. “You know I wouldn’t bring any random human here. Are you trying to get on my nerves or are you just as daft as you look?” Logan retorts. I almost laugh. Jerk number one's eyes land on me and he smirks. “We couldn’t resist,” he replies. Right now, I'm even more aware of how conscious they are of me. “She smells so good,” he adds in a sickening whisper.

"You tell me what a man like you is doing with a teenager." Logan closed his eyes for a tad bit second. “She is eighteen." He said. "Still doesn't sound convincing." Kyrian struggled. "She is of legal age." He gritted. Kyrian posed as if he was deep thinking with a smirk on his face. "It still doesn't mean you should indulge in it." Logan almost stomp his feet. “Do you mind Kyrian?!” “What?” Logan lowered his voice. “I am fucking horny right now."

I bet you anything they are out there playing Mario Kart. The summer days this year are scorching, so Logan had the idea of putting a place for us to enjoy our time outside on a covered patio with a big screen, a pool table, and more. He even went to the extent of having an outdoor bar built. The door opens, and my oldest baby, going into his senior year of high school, comes in. I smile at the sight. He's 17 and will soon turn 18. God, this takes me back to the year everything began between Logan and me.

Kaleb A Few Weeks Later “Has anyone seen my wife?” Logan asks as he parts a small crowd gathered around one of the many open fires scattered across the festival grounds. The tall, dark-haired man with eyes so similar to mine it’s almost like looking in a mirror has his son, Kieran, on his shoulders, as he sidesteps to where Lexa is perched on my thigh while I rest on a bale of hay. He sinks down beside us, unceremoniously dumping his son onto the hay bales stacked behind us, and Kieran shrieks with laughter, scrambling and begging to do it again.
