Young Terry Silver Novels & Stories

I say, a sense of determination resonating in my voice. As Richard broaches the subject, I shoot him a subtle glance, silently urging him to take the lead. Silver, ever perceptive, catches onto our unspoken exchange. “What's going on? Why the secrecy?” she questions, curiosity evident in her tone. Richard hesitates briefly before diving in. “Silver, I know this might not be the best time, but do you recall what triggered your outburst towards Allegra?” Silver furrows her brow, a thoughtful expression crossing her face as she tries to recollect the events.

“Spill it. What happened?” “Listen to this,” Terry says. He pulls out an old phone that holds the tiny card. He slides the card inside and turns the phone on. He clicks a sound file and plays it. It is a small recording of two people talking. “If I do what you want and hit her with my truck, won't the pack cops throw me in the Silverclaw Wing jail?” a man's voice says.

Since Red Diamonds was our favourite club to hang out, both me and Allie were quite familiar with Terry who just so happened to have his shift almost every time we come here. Terry, although his real name was something else but apparently he didn't like it since he thought it wasn't as cool as his personality (his words, not mine), was in his early 20s, studying photography and in his sophomore year. As Terry entered the workshop, Usof immediately asked him, "Did you get it?" "Yes, and he told me you paid for it. Why did you spend so much to help me?" "Because Sash is basically my second niece. Now, let me see it before she finishes changing into the next dress!" Terry took the box out of his pocket and opened it to show Usof. When he saw it, he was shocked at how amazing it was, "He really went all out on this, didn't he? I bet he's gonna charge me extra for this."

“You got a promotion!” “Yep.” “Jesus Christ, Silver… spill it! You got an official rank or title now?” Silver set his glass down. “Yeah. Nothing glamorous, so contain your excitement.” “C’mon. Just tell me. What did Wolf and your brothers honor you with?” “Treasurer.” Silver gave a tiny grin as he stroked his golden-blond beard. “Basically, a glorified record-keeper and report-writer.”
