Cathy pressed the hairpin against her neck. “The killer of the Sky Pavilion will die with the Sky Pavilion.” Her words were full of despair. Cathy closed her eyes and was about to stab herself. When she heard the sound of the hairpin stabbing up the flesh, she didn’t feel any pain. When she opened her eyes again, she found that the hairpin had stabbed the Emperor’s hand.

It’s dark, and no one would care much about a group of girls moving around. When we drop Hazel off in front of the pack hospital, Cathy quietens down. “Don’t mind me guys, I just didn’t want us to get into trouble.” Cathy says. “Now, we can enjoy what happened.” I roll my eyes at her words. Today’s incident has proven to me that Cathy is not a terrible person, she just allows her jealousy to override her sense of dignity. Not me though, I’m not jealous. I just think that she is a pathetic excuse for a werewolf.

When Zach threw Gale into the sulphuric acid, he showed no hesitation. He only stared at his former friend coldly as he struggled in pain in the acid. Soon, his voice died away. Catherine was terrified and did not stop struggling against her bonds. “No, Zach, this has nothing to do with me. I never knew that Gale would kill someone for me. I really didn’t know…” “I know. If you stay here forever, Starling won’t be happy either. Don’t worry. I just want something from you.” With that said, he picked up a surgical knife and gently but cruelly cut Catherine’s torso open.

Cathy gives a bleak laugh. “Do you know him?” I ask. “Unfortunately.” Cathy says reluctantly. “He’s my ex.” “Please tell me it ended well.” I practically whine. “Nope.” Cathy says, putting her forehead back on the bars. Great. So far our only chance of getting out of this cage is dependent on a ex-boyfriend. Let’s just hope this Calvin guy can separate pleasure from business.
