Had he seen…? “Yes, baby?” I asked, my voice trembling slightly. Hibiki rubbed at his eyes, then smiled. “Are you two happy?” The simplicity of his question caught me off guard. I glanced at Jiro, who was already looking at me with a soft smile. “Yes,” Jiro answered, his voice steady. “We’re very happy.” Hibiki’s smile widened, and he toddled over to climb onto my lap. “Good. I like it when you’re happy.”

"That was hella boring! I should've hang out with Toma instead." It didn't take long for Yuji to notice Yuu looking at him from the sides. Yuu was on the verge of crying from that awful comment of his idol, but it was just ignored. While Yuji was walking away, Yuu yelled at him. "You just wait and see, Yujiro! I'll become greater than you!!"

he smiled a little, stroking my cheek. “You’re crazy, you know that.” I chuckled. “Oh, you have no idea. Because I’m definitely crazy about you, Yūri Aiko Hatake.” He smiled brightly. I raised an eyebrow at that smile. Mainly because there was an odd glint to his eyes I hadn’t seen before. “Hibiki? What are you thinking?” I cautiously asked.

Maybe at my stupidity, but whatever. “Sayonara, soshite arigato! (Goodbye and thank you!)” I said. He placed his hand over his mouth, raking his hair back with his other hand. I could see his smile behind his fingers. “You are amazing!” He chuckled, then licked his lips, shaking his head. He had a warm smile all over his face and that was the brightest I had ever seen Hikari smile. “See you!” I waved my hand at Yuki and Hikari.

It was a dangerous decision. However, Ryu couldn't stop Kenji. Not when he saw how Kenji smiled at the plush in his hands. Kenji, who rarely smiled genuinely, was filled with joy. He was aware that he would be challenging the world to accomplish his goals. This time, Ryu would let him smile, not knowing how long that smile would last. "I guess I’ll carry it," Ryu offered as Kenji stepped out, clutching the plush to his side. "Huh? Why?" Kenji didn’t mind carrying it himself.
