Z For Zachariah Reviews Novels & Stories

Every touch sent sparks through her. Zachary pulled back just enough to look at her, his eyes glinting with desire. "Tell me what you want," he said playfully, his voice seductive as he places kisses at her collarbone. His hands moved lower, teasing. Aria gasped, her body responding to his every move. Then Zachary froze. His fingers paused on her neck, and his expression shifted. The playful glint in his eyes vanished, replaced by fury, unexpected, unexplainable. He tilted her head slightly, staring at the reddish mark there. His breathing changed, growing heavier, more controlled.

“Smith, I am not a lady who lunches or some dimwitted bimbo content to spend my days sitting around waiting for my husband to pop a viagra to give me purpose.” “Of course you're not,” Zane said in a placating tone, running his hand along the arm of the chair, dangerously close to the secret cabinet. A hair closer, and he would open up pandora’s box. “Level with me Zane, what is the bottom line? What does Reaper really want?” “The business is failing he wants…” “Bullshit Zane, I have the numbers right here! The business has been making money hand over fist since I took over. What is the truth!” London insisted, slamming her fist against her desk.

I smiled as I supported his back and kissed his little cheek “Can you believe he’s eight months already. He’s going to be a little adventurer, I just know it” Zara’s eyes widened in amusement. “Well, of course he will be if he’s anything like his mum… he’s going to be one fine warrior, that’s for sure.” She breathed in a deep breath as she looked out to the sea “It’s so beautiful, isn’t it, I could never get bored of this view, it’s just breath taking”. I grinned and tapped her arm as I scooped up Zachary ”Come, let’s go for a little paddle in the water”.

Nef and Ron were already on the way towards their table. Zion rubbed his brows as he felt a sudden pain but there was no choice to follow the hungry friends. With their tummies, their eyes were also hungry and thirsty and that thirst can only be quenched by looking at the hot girls. When the girls saw them, they were over the cloud nine. Zion is no less than Roman or Greek God. Slightly tanned skin, dark eyes, dark hair, tall height, perfectly balanced and muscled body, high IQ, a heir of the top IT company of the country, in short he is perfect in every way and a dream guy of every girl.

I am also getting tired of how much of a sook, how much of a girly girl I have become since being in the village and then pregnant as, once again, tears fill my eyes and slide down my cheeks. I feel the bed dip as Zachariah climbs on. I ignore him, not really wanting his comfort yet. However, he has other ideas as he grabs my shoulders and makes me turn over so that I am now facing him. He then lifts his hand, sliding it on my cheek as he wipes away the tears and says, “You are not a sook and you are anything but a girly girl, my little warrior…” I stare at him and then frown as I whisper, “Were you in my head listening again?”

She was strangely reminded of when that strange man had pounced on her… ‘But that man was obviously Zenios! Why does it feel like deja vu?’ “Get me a glass of water,” Zachary ordered. Charlotte snapped back to reality. “O-Okay.” “Warm water,” Zachary added. Charlotte turned around and gave him an “okay” sign. “Sure thing!” Zachary sat on the couch and bolted upright. His dark, inky, shapely brows were locked in a perfect frown. ‘D*mn it!’

Driven by a raw, ancestral protective instinct, the four-year-old boy leaped to his feet and threw his small body directly between the massive hound and his sister. Zach dropped into a low, predatory crouch. His small hands curled into fists, his chest expanding as his silver-grey eyes violently flashed with a blinding, supernatural white light. He opened his mouth, and from the very depths of his tiny chest, he unleashed a sound that shattered the festive atmosphere of the entire town square.

“This doesn’t look like anything I’ve seen before.” “It’s older than anything we know.” Zack flipped it open and scanned a few pages. His jaw tightened.“This isn’t normal history.” “No,” Zoe said quietly. “It’s not.” Zack looked back at her. “This Morgana… She's real.” Zoe nodded. “And she wants something.” Zack’s eyes darkened. “This ‘him’.” “Yes.” Silence filled the room, then Zack closed the book. “We need help.” Zoe nodded immediately. “I was thinking the same thing.”

Just as Brayden twitches from the sudden jolt Nia jumps up and says, "Daddy I forgot Hannah has shock power!" "You're okay sweetheart but let's only use the special tickling if you're in danger okay?" Brayden says trying to catch his breath. "Okay Daddy, are you okay?" Nia says gently placing her hand on his forehead. "I'll be okay I just need to rest for a minute." Brayden said closing his eyes and relaxing into the field. Hannah's electric shock brought back more memories than his initial awakening, he knows exactly what the 'adults' are going to talk about. He'll be damned if he lets Lilly go through with this plan, but Nia doesn't need to know a single part of it.

I am Azura. The only goddess of two elements. Fire and water. Ooops...... Right introduction, wrong timing. **************** "This is not gonna be a great day". This was all I could say to myself. Somehow deep down, I could just feel that something huge was gonna happen today. It was the same gut feeling I woke up with the day I lost my parents to a ghastly car accident. I was a hundred and one percent sure, that crazy things are gonna happen today.
