Zak Bagans Wedding Novels & Stories

“THIS is the wedding you take me to?” “What better way to prove you’re over him than to attend his wedding?” Zane chuckled mischievously. “With me,” he added, pulling me in close to his side. I looked around. It was a grand affair, with dazzling lights and elegant decorations. Scarlett had clearly spent a long time planning it; it was decadent and elaborate. Caleb and I had been married hastily in a very basic ceremony. This was the complete opposite.

Jackson’s figure had long since disappeared into the crowd. On the day he registered his marriage with Tiffany, Zenios announced on Twitter that their wedding ceremony would be held in three days. The news dropped on the entertainment world like a bombshell. It caused a huge sensation, and it was destined to be a world-renowned grand wedding. Zenios and Tiffany acted very affectionately in front of the public, but only a few knew the truth. Nearly the entire entertainment world was celebrating the happy marriage between Zenios and Tiffany. Some of them even praised that they were meant for each other.

I shrugged off the feeling and stepped up to the stage with him. As the pastor started officiating the wedding, we did not leave the hold of our hands, neither break our eye contacts. “Do you Gabriel Greyson take Zayla to be your lawfully wedded wife?” “I do.” “Do you Zayla take Gabriel Greyson to be you lawfully wedded husband?” “I do.” “You may now kiss the bride.” He stepped closer towards me and slid his one hand around my waist and the other around my neck, pulling me closer to him.

Too quiet, in Kola's assessment, which he delivered weekly with the specific expression that meant he had not lowered his vigilance and had no intention of doing so. Zara noted this. Filed it. Did not give it more room than it deserved. She was learning that. The Benson-Okafor wedding was on a Saturday in early December and was, by any reasonable measure, magnificent. Four hundred guests. A venue that had required six months of logistics and one extremely tense negotiation about the catering contract that Zara had resolved in forty minutes with the calm efficiency of a woman who had recently dismantled a conspiracy and found vendor negotiations comparatively straightforward. The flowers were

Nate and I drove through the city, soaking up the views and sunset. We stopped at a little restaurant for dinner. Nate told everyone who cared to know that we were getting married which was a good thing but I wasn’t as enthusiastic. I plastered a smile on my face and nodded at everyone politely. I should have been ecstatic, I was the soon to be bride but all I did was check my phone to see if Zac replied to my texts. It had been hours, I was worried about him. His sad eyes wouldn’t stop hunting me. What had I done?

“To unholy alliances.” Zach clinked his drink against mine. “To make him wish he was never born.” . . . We signed the marriage papers in a government office two days later. No flowers. No dress. Just my signature and his, inked side by side on paper that bound us tighter than any ring ever could. The registrar barely looked up when she stamped the certificate. “Congratulations,” she muttered. Zach slipped the paper into his jacket like a contract he’d just closed. “This isn’t love,” I reminded him as we walked out.

His truth. He looked up, his gaze meeting Brian's. There were no words adequate to the moment. He only nodded, his hand moving to enclose Brian's that remained on his wrist. The next day's wedding was anything but the public spectacle the board expected. There was no Met Gala, no Temple of Dendur.

Zach countered back and his gaze now directed at Aiden. “I am leaving this deal as a gift for my marriage to him, Thanks for going after the crumbs and letting me have the gold.” Zach announced and turned to the door, “That deal cost me a billion, and that will be the last thing I will let you have, the next time you do any shit, I will make you regret it, I don't care whatever relationship you shared with me,” With this, he walked out of their presence, “Zach, is married to Chloe” Aiden thought.

“Dylan, are you okay? What the heck are you talking about? Of course, my sister can't go to your wedding. She’s getting married today too.” Dylan felt like he had been struck by lightning. He froze, completely stunned, and his mind went blank. His hand trembled as he gripped the phone, hardly believing what he had just heard. “M-Married?” he forced the word out. “To who?!” His voice rose uncontrollably. “Haven’t you seen the financial magazine or headlines lately? She’s marrying the heir of the Muller family—Jasper Muller.”

The wedding date was fast approaching, and I had an appointment to try on the wedding gown. Jonah heard about it and went with me. As we passed by a boutique, a member of the staff enthusiastically introduced me to a few of their newest designs. Seeing how enthusiastic she was, I couldn’t turn her down. The layout of the store design felt oddly familiar. I looked around casually but I soon found myself looking at a dress in particular. At that moment, I lost all interest and pulled Jonah out of the store.
