Then, he approached the mushrooms that took over the man’s cave but were quickly knocked out with sleeping gas and tossed out. As a last resort, Zen watched the man talking to the blue mushrooms that looked like lily pads who tricked him into stepping on them and carrying him across the lake before they disappeared underwater, leaving him to struggle. Eventually, the man drowned and never appeared again.
