THE THIRTY-DAY GAMBLE

THE THIRTY-DAY GAMBLE

Thirty days. One month. A single, heartbeat-stopping wager. Benjamin Parker was the sun. A golden-haired scholarship recruit with flour on his hands and a heart that he wore—vulnerable and beating—on his sleeve. He spent weeks chasing the school’s "Ice Prince," offering handmade tarts and a smile that could melt the coldest winter. He thought his persistence finally paid off when Jonathan Hayes—the obsidian-eyed, terrifyingly beautiful heir to a tech empire—pinned him against the school gates and claimed him in front of everyone. But the "Golden Romance" was a lie from the very first kiss. Jonathan didn't choose Benjamin because of his heart; he chose him because he was a convenient t

My Bully Has 100 Days to Live

My Bully Has 100 Days to Live

My clothes clung to my skin instantly. Slowly, I lifted my head. On the second floor balcony above me stood a group of boys. And right in the center of them— Zachary Knight. One of his friends held an empty bucket. The realization hit instantly. My blood boiled. I ran toward the stairs without hesitation. Students stepped aside as I stormed up to the second floor, ignoring the whispers around me. When I finally reached them, Zachary and his friends were already walking toward my direction. He looked incredibly pleased with himself.

s*x in death

s*x in death

"The coastal station is compromised. There’s an old subway tunnel five miles from here that leads to the 'Dead Zone'—the ruins of the first city. That’s where Life Zero began." We ran. The five miles felt like five minutes. With the Scythe active, my physical limits were gone. I was a blur of violet light, and Julian—connected to me through the bond—kept pace, his movements fluid and lethal. We were no longer a doctor and a patient; we were two halves of a single, devastating storm. We reached the entrance to the "Dead Zone"—a rusted iron gate swallowed by overgrown vines that pulsed with a strange, sickly blue light. This was where the "Modern World" ended and the "Supernatural World" be

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

“G-Give me a w-week—” “Two days.” Dark snapped and George disappeared. “You only have two days; otherwise, you’ll end up losing everyone you dear.” With a flick of his finger, Z was thrown by an invisible force. She screamed as the darkness engulfed her whole body. She was falling yet again into a deep hole she couldn’t comprehend. No matter how loud her screams, no one came to save her. Losing hope, her back hit something hard. And that was when she was able to open her eyes in the infirmary, her shirt drenched with sweats, her whole body shaking, a tear cradling her cheeks.

The world building is well-crafted and just by the narration na hindi gumagamit ng deep english words, it really brings the reader in the world of the mc. Prologue pa lang, one can tell the mc is someone strong-headed and even though she lost her memories, that characteristic didn't change.

honestly, I'm not a fan of fantasy but Z's character is just damn! I'm imagining her like a goddess. Also, I'm very amaze on how the story is being written. Can I have your intelligence? You're too great, I swear! Reading this story is a must! Looking for someone named George now HAHAHA

100 Days, You Are Mine!

100 Days, You Are Mine!

Blue's POV I couldn't sleep. I keep on thinking about Nicholas and our argument. My stomach is grumbling because of hunger but I don't have the appetite to eat. I glanced at the watch on my bedside table. It's past midnight but drowsiness hasn't visited me. I lifted my hands and stared at my fingers. My forefinger and thumb has a wound plaster 'cause I hurt myself while cleaning the broken glass of the coffee table. I was cryinh while doing that, so I accidentally cut myself.

Dark Journal

Dark Journal

Watching the road below the way she watched everything, with the particular patience of someone who had learned a long time ago that threats rarely announced themselves. Caelith sat on the edge of the bed and talked. She started from the beginning. The dreams. The feeling on the street that first Wednesday. The black car and the chemical cloth and the ritual room with the candles that didn't flicker. The stranger who appeared and disappeared and submitted her essay and left her on a bench on a road nobody used. Zara, the courtyard, the blood deal. The journal. The friend she called at midnight who knew things she shouldn't have known from footnotes.

Burning Desires: steamy MM Short Stories

Chapter 10: The Ninety-First Day The morning of day ninety dawned clear and merciless. Kai stood naked at the floor-to-ceiling windows, black leather collar locked snug around his throat, watching the sun rise over the city that had once tried to eat him alive. His body was a testament to the last three months: fading bite marks on his shoulders, fingerprint bruises on his hips, and a constant, low ache deep in his ass from Damien’s endless need to fill him.

“So… we simply activated all of them.” Rachel whispered. “It became by no means approximately preventing Phase Zero.” I nodded, my pulse pounding. “We simply began Phase One.” My telecel smartphone buzzed. A message. Unknown: “Welcome to the brand new world.” I exhaled. Then I raised my gun. “Not yet.” The War Against the Phoenix Has Begun.
