Zero Gravity Chair Indoor Novels & Stories

Their eyes brightened as soon as they lay down… “Hey! I have to say that it’s really very comfortable in here. It’s just like a massage chair!” “That’s right! I have an idea. Why don’t we open a massage parlor instead? Look at our boss’s design! This massage chair is so ergonomic, and it stretches the back. It’s really comfortable!”

Zren let out a victorious smile and immediately walked out of the office. When she arrived at her own working space, she sat on her customized gaming chair. Indeed what she was using was not a swivel chair but a comfy gaming chair. It was comfortable at the same time cool. Zren threw herself on the chair and rotated herself as she took out the invitation that the old man gave to her earlier. Staring at the party invitation, Zren's eyebrows couldn't help but furrow. She had a weird feeling that something would happen tomorrow but she didn't know what was it.

“I am Jack, the director of Robotics. We’ve developed something a little different from just robots.” I was curious. “This project is for bedridden or paralyzed children.” The lights dimmed slightly, and they wheeled in what looked like a high-tech chair—sleek, polished, and humming softly. “It’s a robotic chair,” he continued, “designed to transform into the child’s favorite… marvel superhero—” I tilted my head curiously. Marvel ? Before I could ask questions, the chair shifted. Panels slid. Parts rotated. Metal folded with smooth clicks. I grabbed Leo’s arm.

My eyes searched immediately if there's something I could do to kill the boredom. "Dang! It's just nine in the morning and the rain is heavily pouring. I wonder what would I do here?" placing my hands on my chin as I find alternative ways to not get bored. "Nah! I am tired. I'll just sleep perhaps" my feet led me to Dr. Karsyn's swivel chair. "Weeeeee" my body started to spin along with his swivel chair as I play with it. At first, it was kinda fun spinning round and round with this swivel chair but my head starts to feel dizzy. "Guwark!" my hands covered my mouth as I felt that I was about to vomit.

His eyes come back to me. “I have no intention of wasting you.” The floor under the vessel opens. It is not dramatic. No grinding teeth, no pit, no flames. A ring of panels parts, and a clear lift rises through the dais, large enough for several bodies, lit from below with that same silver-violet glow. Inside the lift is a chair. Soft grey. Wide arms. Restraints folded neatly away like a courtesy someone hopes not to need. A blanket hangs over the back of it.

She had spent the last eight hours as 'Ava Reed,' dismantling Mark’s ego at the office, and now she was back to being the tactical genius who had resurrected me. "Pathetic?" I raised an eyebrow, leaning against the doorframe. "I’ve spent four months learning to stand so I could tower over Daniel Vance. Now you want me in a chair?" "Not just a chair," Miller interjected, suppressing a grin as he rolled a sleek, motorized wheelchair into the center of the room. "A chair with a built-in whiskey dispenser and a very loud, very annoying 'low battery' beep. It screams 'I am a broken man who has given up on life.'"

He extends his arm with his hand flipped over toward the two chairs across from a large ornate, mahogany executive desk. My legs feel like lead weights from all the walking I’ve done in the last week. As I lower myself onto the oversized plush leather armchair, my legs, feet, and ass feel immediate relief. The arms of the chair are rolled and plush with extra padding while the high back is tufted, also with extra padding. Being barely 5’1’’ and a hundred pounds soaking wet, this chair practically swallows me, it’s divine. I look up at the high vaulted ceiling to a multiple tiered crystal chandelier.

I just need to tilt the chair back enough to let it fall and shatter under my weight. I tried hard not to think about the pain that I would feel when I broke my fall, instead, I dug my toes into the ground and pushed the chair backwards with my body. The front of the chair raises in the air, making the chair lean dangerously back. I lift my feet off the floor and let gravity pull me into its embrace. I hit the floor with a thud and a searing pain shot up my arm and shoulders. I had completely forgotten that my hands were tied back.

Jansen was crouching in his chair in his office. His chair is Captain style on wheels with leather seat and back. Jansen leaned way back in the chair and cranked his neck hard over, he could see the sky from the office window, hazy-blue and cloudless and so smoggy.

' He heads outside his office and goes in the direction of the place where the thing he asked is placed. 'So... This is it?' He looks at the room. It has a wide space covered with white walls and transparent screens. In the center, a chair with adjustable sensors and some tools are assembled. It looks so modern but Oliver didn't find it odd. For some reason, a smile crept on his face. 'A success...' He thought. There is a bowl shape white glass on top of the chair. With no hesitation, Oliver sat on it and stare at the air. "A test of courage... A game that can make anyone face their fears... How mind-blowing it is"
