Zombie Ship Chapter 7 Novels & Stories

I glared at her, but she pushed further, sliding an arm around Sawyer's waist and brushing his hair flirtatiously. "I planned to chat, but you ran into the rain. I was scared you'd catch a cold, so I followed you," she replied. She was a master at spinning her stalking, and Sawyer ate it up. When I tried to kick them out, Sawyer finally remembered the purpose of his trip. But before he could cotton up to me, Mathilde, seeing through his intentions, coughed dramatically and collapsed. Sawyer freaked out, forgetting about me. Tired of their affectionate play, I called property management.

He was horrified and could not utter a word as he thought to himself: Sharks don't just attack boats. "Death comes fast in the water. You should take care and stay in your cabin for the duration of the journey. We will be reaching Orsica soon," said the captain coldly just as two crewmen brought a stretcher and carried the body back to the cabin away from Jon's view. ======= Author's Note For a visual guide to the artworks to be mentioned in the succeeding chapters, you may visit https://totosnotebook.blogspot.com/2021/02/artworks-in-vampire-of-new-world-visual.html

I walk through the crowd of people conversely to see the source of danger and my eyes almost bulges out. Zombies swarm across the hole from above the leaking ceiling of the base. Endlessly falling and tumbling to the ground chasing and biting people with their disgustingly sharp teeth..! Blood saturating the ground with rotten smells and tiny worms splattered around the base. "This is the apocalypse?!" I have never seen one before. This is the first. "Help..! Aaaaahh!" A rotting zombie takes hold of a child and is about to bite her. My hand trembles but I pick up my courage and...

Her blood was soaking through my shirt, warm and slick against my chest. I should’ve let her go. After everything she’d done. The lies, the manipulation…But I couldn’t. Even now, with the storm screaming and the world collapsing around us, I held her tighter against my chest. The storm wasn’t just a weather phenomenon anymore. It was inside me too—grief, fury, love, betrayal, ripping through me in a whirlwind of emotions I couldn’t outrun. “Back to the hotel—this way, Mr. Ricchezza!” Captain Hembapu Zimmermann shouted, making a sharp turn. We rode past the rusted hull of the Bom Jesus shipwreck, its towering frame briefly shielding us from the worst of the wind.

A shapeshifter. Behind this man, suddenly, the water blackened with hundreds of boats, all containing vampires, and then the sky, too, blackened with hundreds more vampires. It looked like an entire vampire army, all waging war, and all heading right for the Isle of Skye. Scarlet couldn’t believe it. It was as if this first person had somehow led the way for an entire vampire army. But Scarlet wasn’t about to run. On the contrary. She wanted vengeance for Polly. So instead of turning around, Scarlet ran forward, right for her attacker. And Ruth ran right beside her.

He rubbed his neck and coughed hard. "He is in the ship " June whispered. She pointed at the blood-red ship hanging in the sky. "He is not just using a computer anymore Benson. He is using the aliens own signal. He has joined with them." The red ship did not fire a laser. It fired a pulse of sound. The ground shook. The soft green grass turned into a whirlpool of mud. From the mud people began to rise. They were the people of Umuahia.. They were not waking up. Their eyes were leaking light. Their movements were stiff like puppets being pulled by wires.

I felt a hollow clarity. I stood up, my fur matted with blood, my eyes burning with a light that had no business being in this world. The Vanguard soldiers hesitated. They took a step back. "Target is... shifting," one of them stammered, his rifle shaking. I didn't roar. I didn't lunge. I just walked toward them. The ship’s sirens began to wail, a long, mournful sound that signaled the Voyager was dying. The hold was depressurizing, the metal groaning under the strain.

The steel hull buckled outward, fire blooming from the engine room. The white wolf reached the deck. He didn't bite. He didn't claw. He just stood there. Every light on the ship turned violet. Every electronic lock snapped open. Every weapon system turned inward, aiming at the decks below. "Help them," I managed to choke out. "Help who?" Dante looked at me. "The people who came to hang us? Or the monster you spent a year tucking into bed?" The ship began to tilt. Screams drifted across the water, cut short by the roar of fire and the sound of rending metal.

A pause later, I said, "There wasn't supposed to be a seventh slot, but I called in a lot of favors with the top guys, and they reluctantly gave me one. Ah, that reminds me. One of you is not going to come with us, obviously." My teammates would've roared with laughter, but they stayed as composed as their bodies and minds allowed them to. Against fully armed soldiers, Yvonne would never try to start anything funny. Trembling, she looked at her precious childhood friend. "Yves, I—" Yves didn't even wait for her to finish. He was already approaching the soldier, his face filled with an unctuous smile. "Take me. I was a famous musician before the zombie apocalypse. I'm a lot more useful than t

"You're the captain. Protecting everyone is your job. Now that you're injured and bleeding, it's perfect—you can attract the zombies and buy us time to escape. So, just stay here." "Madeline!" Quinton barked. His eyes widened in complete disbelief. At that moment, Madeline lifted her leg and kicked the zombie right in the stomach, fully enraging it. The zombie let out a feral roar. Still clapped onto Quinton, it yanked violently. He screamed in agony, "Madeline!" With a sickening tear, Quinton's entire right arm was ripped clean off. Amid the chaos, someone pulled me behind a hidden rock. I looked up and saw it was Julian, who had bravely questioned Quinton earlier.
