Clayton was ecstatic; he looked like he wanted to sprint back and report this miracle to the rest of the pack. Just then, a heavy, rhythmic thud echoed from outside the gate. Seven, who had been missing all day, marched into the yard. He was hauling a massive burlap sack that was practically wider than he was. He stopped dead when he saw the crowd of strangers. His lean frame tensed, a flash of primitive, cub-like alertness darting through his eyes before he looked at me for guidance. Chloe tilted her head, her voice casual. "You're back? Go grab some food."

Suddenly the sound of wolves groaning and yowling in pain filled the atmosphere and the sound increased followed by the ringing of the bell on the tower which no one ever used. " Attack" The witch murmured as her eyes widen in shock and fear. Pushing her back Rogue king hurriedly dressed himself and ran back knowing the camp was under attack. It flew above us, wings stretching wide, blocking the sun. Seven monstrous heads hissed and laughed together, eyes glowing like fire. The ground shook as he descended, his claws smashing into the soil, sending people scattering. Then the screams followed, one of its heads struck, snatching up someone and tearing him apart. Another head spit fire, burning through the crowd. Chaos erupted. Wolves ran in every direction, some trying to fight, most just trying to survive. “No…” I whispered, my chest tightening. Without thinking, I shifted, fur covering my body as I leapt down to Orion’s side.

Chapter 20: A Storm is Coming Dried leaves whipped into the foggy air as Calgary and I ran faster through the woods. His wolf kept on challenging Auror, but with us finally gaining back our strength, she showed him we were their equal. Auror jumped over a fallen tree and rolled over the thick bed of dried vegetation before she gained her momentum again, but Calgary's wolf was fast enough to stop Auror from jumping over the cliff.

She wanted him to know that she wasn't afraid of him. Jackson whined softly, pressing his black, wet nose against her hand. His breath fogged the glass until a wolf howl called to him. He jumped down, turning to follow the pack. Chloe couldn't pull her eyes from him. He loped easily across the snowy yard, his paws barely touching the ground. Just before he disappeared into the trees, he turned and looked back at Chloe and howled. She knew it was for her, and she kept her hand pressed to the glass.

“Let the howl of our pack be heard across the land. Tonight, we bring justice to those who have wronged us. Tonight, we rescue Emma.” The wolves let out a collective howl, their voices melding into a symphony of determination. Clyde led the way, his senses attuned to Emma's scent and voice. He could feel her pain intensifying, her pleas growing more desperate. It fueled his urgency, pushing him to move faster, to gather his pack, and embark on the dangerous journey ahead.

Somewhere beneath all the fear and confusion and the impossible reality of wolves, tokens, and destiny. I realized I wasn't just starting to like him. I was starting to want him. And that was the most dangerous part. END OF CHAPTER 7.

Chapter 7 The moonlight filtered through the thick canopy of trees, though this helped me find my path clearly, it didn't help that I'll be in the spotlight, so some rogue or beast may prey on me. Nonetheless, I continued running, with 3ach step, my paws pounded against the dirt, carrying me deeper into the wilderness. The wind whipped through my fur, carrying with it the scents of the forest—damp earth, sharp pine, and the distant scent of the pack, growing fainter with each passing moment.

I try to wiggle free again. 'You're going to have to run,' she says fast. She's as nervous as I am. 'On the count of three, I want you to kick him as hard as you can and go towards the camp and don't stop.' She's right, if I can even get closer I can yell for help. Mom will save me, I know she will. Then why does my heart clench in pain at the thought? 'One.' Christopher goes back to my neck and nips at it. A tear leaks out of my eye as I desperately try to loosen his grasp. 'Two.' My hands flail useless at my sides, unable to rise to any action. Before she can get to three, a blur of fur pushes him off of me. I take a deep inhale of air and a sob leaves my lips. I look forward, a dirty blon

While I was rubbing two small stones to make a fire, I read this in the book and hoped it could help me. A few minutes passed, and the two stones in my hand still showed no sign of fire. I watched helplessly as the wolves stepped on each other's heads to climb up; one of them had already reached the pit. I panicked and threw a big tree at its head; the wolf lost its momentum and fell backward again; it howled with anger and desire to tear me apart right now. I tried to do it faster, but finally, my plea worked, and the fire flared up.
