Chapter four

Aria’s pov

I felt the cold blade against my neck before I saw it. My eyes widened in fear and I remained as still as I could before tilting my head to stare at my attacker. I was immediately drawn in by the intensity of his gaze and the fact that he had a striking resemblance to the injured man laying in front of me.

Once again, upon setting my eyes upon him, I felt the urge to be closer to him. And he had the unmistakable scent that was unique to one’s destined mate. The sword was still placed close to my neck as a third figure emerged from the forest.

My wolf howled mate, all three of them were my mate!

And once again, I felt drawn to him. He also had a striking resemblance to the first two guys.

I couldn’t wrap my head around the fact that all three of them were my mates! It was all surprising to me because it was unusual for a person to have three mates.

He walked closer and stood beside the man who had his sword placed directly in front of my neck.

“Enough!” Xeros ordered, “she is trying to help me. Alexander drop the sword and stand back”

I couldn’t miss the expression on Alexander’s face which quickly morphed to a look of understanding. His hands fell to his side and I let out a sigh of relief. It was at that point I realized how tensed up that got me.

“What impression do you think you will leave behind by killing a beautiful girl like this,” the third guy who stood beside Alexander  said jokingly with a smirk on his face.

“Shut up, Carlo” Alexander cautioned him, throwing him a glare.

“I’m just telling the truth,” Carlo chuckled, raising his arms in mock surrender.

I continued my search for a sharp branch and when I finally found one that was sharp enough to get the job done, I felt their gazes on me as I made a cut on their brother’s skin.

Xeros closed his eyes and his face contorted in pain as the dark blood flowed out of his body. When I was sure that all the poisoned blood had been flushed out, I cut a piece of my torn shirt and carefully bandaged him.

I rose to my feet, prepared to take my leave because for some reason I felt so uncomfortable around these people even though my wolf was drawn to them.

“Umm… I would be taking my leave now” I said, considering it polite to let them know before I leave.

After saying that, I turned to leave. I had just moved a few steps away from them when I felt a grip on my arm.

“Hold on. Our brother doesn’t think you should leave yet” Alexander, the one who grabbed me, said.

I raised my brows, “what do you mean by that?” I asked, his grip on my arm filling me with some form of unease.

I remained silent for a few minutes, with the hope of passing a message across to him that I wasn’t planning on going back.

After what felt like eternity and with him still waiting patiently for me to return to his brother, I sighed and said, “okay. But, I will appreciate if you release your hold on me”

And he immediately let go of my arm.

“Lead the way,” he said, waiting for me to take the first step. As we made our way back to where Xeros was, I couldn’t help but feel a bit of anger. Did Xeros think he could restrict me or control my movements just because I treated him?

“I’m here. What do you want?” I snapped.

“I am not yet fully recovered. I would need you to stay till the bleeding reduces” Xeros said calmly.

“Oh,” I said, suddenly feeling bad for the way I snapped at him earlier.

“Do you think that she will still be here?” I heard a gruff voice, followed by the flash of a torchlight down the cliff.

“Kneel” Carlo said, “we wouldn’t want them to see us here” he continued, and I complied because I didn’t have the ability to fight off the warriors from earlier.

“Are you sure she isn’t still here?” The voice called out again.

I flinched as I heard that because I knew they were referring to me. I raised my gaze and found Xeros eyes fixed on me, “Are you okay?” Xeros asked calmly.

I shook my head and after a few minutes the area was silent again, a sign that the warriors had left again.

“Do you still want to leave or would you rather stay with us over here?” Xeros asked, “It’s quite obvious that you have people looking for you” Xeros added upon noticing my reaction to the voices from earlier.

I nodded, “I will wait. I will leave when you all are ready to leave” I said, considering it the safest option given that the warriors might still be out there.

  • TRIPLET ALPHAS' CINDERELLA DOCTOR   Final Chapter

Aria's POV It's been day since everything that happened and the Brothers have been very busy. So was I. I have been busy trying to help the entire werewolf community around us that were affected by Edgar's schemes. My blood was indeed the only solution that could save the people affected with the sickness. I thought they would need a lot of my blood but they only needed it as a primary ingredients to develop the medicine. It was only a drop that was needed per person. Even though I gave out a lot of blood, and it made me weak for days, I was able to cover up many people that were affected. They were healed immediately. Now I wonder what everyone's perspective of being a red wolf is. Do they still see me as a curse or do they think everything that happened was because of me?Edgar was stripped off his wolf and was banished somewhere he would never escape. He deserved it. As for Lucas and his father, they lost their pack. His father got the same punishment but was made to work as a s

  • TRIPLET ALPHAS' CINDERELLA DOCTOR   Chapter 170

Aria’s POVThey dragged Edgar back like the traitor he was. His clothes were torn, and his face was bruised, but somehow, he still had that smugness in his eyes like he wasn’t scared at all. I stood there, breathing hard, trying to steady the storm inside me. My heart was pounding, not because I was afraid anymore but because I was angry.I walked toward him slowly. My feet felt heavy, but I didn’t stop. He lifted his head when I stopped in front of him, and I saw that disgusting smirk again. He looked at me like this was all just a game, like he hadn’t tried to use me, like he didn’t try to kill my mates.“You think this is over?” he asked with that mocking tone, as if he was still in control. “You’re too soft, Aria. You don’t have what it takes to deal with someone like me.”I didn’t reply. I slapped him. Once. Then again. And again. My hands shook from the force, and I didn’t care how loud it sounded. He didn’t flinch, but I saw the red marks forming across his face, and I welcomed

  • TRIPLET ALPHAS' CINDERELLA DOCTOR   Chapter 169

Aria’s POVI didn’t sleep. The cold stone floor pressed against my back all night. My arms were sore from being tied up, and the silence kept growing louder. I would be a crazy idiot if I was able to sleep in a place like this. Who would be able to sleep when death is knocking on their door? I kept listening for footsteps, for a voice, for anything. But no one came. Maybe they couldn’t find me. Could it be that they got hurt and the weren't going to come for me anymore? I wanted to believe they’d come for me. I really did. But I was starting to lose hope. The door creaked open early the next morning. I didn’t even flinch when two guards entered. Their faces were covered, their grips rough. They dragged me up, my legs numb from sitting too long. I stumbled but didn’t cry out. I wouldn't give them the satisfaction. We moved through long halls, stone and dark, just like before. But this time, the air felt different. It smelled like fire and smoke and something else, something rotten. We

  • TRIPLET ALPHAS' CINDERELLA DOCTOR   Chapter 168

Aria's POV The air was damp. Cold. Suffocating. I could hear the faint echo of footsteps and the distant clink of metal against stone. My wrists ached from the tight ropes and my head was still spinning from the blindfold cutting across my eyes. Every breath I took was filtered through fabric, and all I could smell was the earth. It was wet, moldy, and ancient. We were underground. I didn’t need to see to know that. I could feel it. The air was heavier down here, stale like it hadn’t moved in years. I didn’t speak or scream. I just listened.I counted the turns and the steps. The hands on my arm that shoved me forward every time I slowed. Whoever these people were, they were trained. They didn’t speak a word. Until they stopped walking.A door creaked open ahead of me, thick, old wood judging by the sound. I was shoved forward one last time before the blindfold was ripped from my eyes. And the first thing I saw was darkness. Not literal. The room was lit dimly, with torches mounted a

  • TRIPLET ALPHAS' CINDERELLA DOCTOR   Chapter 167

Aria’s POVThe room was quiet, except for the faint creak of the chair as I shifted again. My palms were clammy. My heart hadn’t stopped beating a little too fast for the past hour. I could still feel the echo of Xeros’s voice in my ears from earlier.“Only if you agree. No one’s forcing you, Aria. But we won’t lie—it’s dangerous.”Dangerous? That word felt like a joke now. My entire life had been dangerous from the start.I sat back and looked at them, Xeros, Alexander, Carlo. All three of them staring at me with guilt and expectation. I let them wait in silence for a moment longer before I spoke. I didn't want them to keep looking at me like this so I had to change my mind. “I’ll do it.”Xeros flinched. “Are you sure?”I nodded once. “But it’s on my terms. You don’t get to lock me in a room again. You don’t get to decide for me behind closed doors. If I’m bait, I’m the one who leads the trap.”At least they needed to let me prove myself that I was worthy of being their Luna. So the

  • TRIPLET ALPHAS' CINDERELLA DOCTOR   Chapter 166

Aria's POVI didn't want to see anyone. I didn’t want to hear anyone either. For hours now, I’d locked myself in the room the brothers gave me well, more like the prison with soft pillows. I didn’t want their food. I didn’t want their care. I didn’t want their lies. There were soft knocks at first. Polite. Careful. They said my name a few times, Xeros, mostly. He always tried to sound calm when he was clearly panicking. I didn’t answer. Eventually, I heard Alexander’s voice. “Aria, open the door. We just want to talk.”I turned my head away and pulled the blanket higher. They could talk to the wall for all I cared. Then came Carlo, and I could hear the irritation in his tone. “You’re being dramatic. At least let us explain.”Explain what? That they were all liars? That I was a walking antidote and they were too much of cowards to admit it?Silence stretched on. I thought they gave up. Until—The door burst open with a loud crack. The handle flew across the floor like it had been punch
