Day 15: Bonus

Even though the growl of stomach came from Chance, Terrence acknowledged the fact that he was hungry as well. Without further ado, he decided to order some takeout and as a late celebration Terrence dug into the cake. Even though it was a day later, it was still his birthday cake. It had been ages since he got one. He mostly avoided his friends on his birthday and only got texts from his family. As for his last boyfriend, they gave him gifts, but never once did he arrange a cake.

Once they were done with lunch and dessert. Terrence decided to check up on some of his patients that he had admitted and whom he left under the supervision of Dr. McGrath. He called and discussed some of the possible modes of treatment in a patient with doubtful prognosis. Terrence was deeply immersed in his conversation with his colleague, that is until he felt something on his waist.
