Jaxon

Jaxon had to admit that Mia had taste.

Deli's restaurant menu boasted some delicious possibilities. The food was a fusion of Cuban and Japanese cuisine, a combination he'd never known existed, but was excited to find out.

Instead of typical tuna or salmon rolls there were ones filled with mojo marinated pork and rolled with caramel salted plantains. The chef was a genius and regardless, if Mia arrived or not, he'd planned to enjoy himself by diving into great food.

“She’s not coming,” Rhett mumbled.

Ignoring him, Jaxon scanned the captivating restaurant’s decor.

A multicolored mosaic of tiles served as the walls—aquamarine blues outlined jagged green crystals, copper circles dotted silver stones. They glittered in the dim lighting and soared high up into the air where massive sculptures dangled, twisted, and turned.

The black stone sculptures were nude bodies tangled and intertwined into each other.

He found it fitting for tonight because he planned to be tangled and nude with Mia as soon as their forks hit their empty plates and it was time to go.

“This chick’s too hard. I vote for another woman.” Rhett checked his watch.

While he drooled over the entrees’ descriptions, Rhett's menu lay untouched on his side of the table. He’d been flicking his thumb against his watch all night which meant he was on edge.

"She’s fucking twenty minutes late now. Is she fucking serious? She’s beautiful, but not that much.”

“Things happen.” He sipped his glass of red wine.

“You’re just pissed she didn’t fall for the photo shoot trick.”

“No I’m not. Trust me. I’ll get a naked picture of her eventually.” He waved Jaxon's comment away. “Damn, did you see that sensational ass of hers?”

Jaxon had more than seen it. He had been thinking about the possibilities that nice cushion could provide him. Bent over his yacht’s kitchen counter and her legs spread open ranked the highest of his thoughts.

Taking her from behind in his Jacuzzi was another. Then there were the many whipped cream images that danced in his head. He couldn’t figure out where on her body he would put the cream first, but he damn sure knew he'd enjoy licking it off.

He planned on taking her in every part of the yacht even in his brother’s room as he watched and cried in defeat. He would give it to her everywhere.

But not the bed. Never the bed for her.

Mia needed the unusual, something different, an experience that she’d never had before.

She was too tight and wound up with her bulky books sprawled on the beach while so many men and women partied all around her. She needed some man to loosen her up, fuck her good.

And he could tell from just the way she held that book that she needs a good fuck.

Any regular person studying would’ve casually had the book in their hand. Yet, she gripped that volume hard, like she owned nothing else and could see no other option in life. This goal of hers to go to law school had to be some sort of desperation for something.

Desperation for what?

He doesn't know, but he planned to find out.

Half of winning in this game he played with Rhett was that he took the time to learn each woman as well as discover their dreams and fears.

Rhett over-sexed his game play, which turned many of them off. While Rhett tried to flaunt his bed skills, Jaxon asked them questions. Once he realized the one thing that would make them happy, he became the pathway to it.

If she dreamed of being an actress, he discussed how he had a movie in the works. If she’d just had her heart broken, he transformed into Romeo, catering to her needs and massaging those broken feelings.

What did Mia need? He was hoping it was simple. Like what he had been thinking, maybe she just needs to be fucked.

“Why are you over there grinning like that?” Rhett pinched a bit of his bread off and flung it at him.

“Stop.” He dodged the bread and watched it drop to the floor. “Can you pretend like we’re out in public?” He motioned to the other people dining in immaculate clothes.

“You just make me sick with that stupid smirk on your face. If she comes, you won’t win.”

“She will come and yes, I will win.” Jaxon flexed his fingers. “There are two simple facts happening right now. Although a real beauty, she probably doesn’t know anybody around Miami. She’s all alone here. What type of person studies at South Beach?" He paused before continuing.

"A person that is crying for help. Plus, by looking at that brown clump of metal that she drove away in, there’s no way she can afford this place. She’ll come because she has great taste in food and wouldn’t miss an opportunity to try a spot that’s out of her budget.”

“You think you already understand her, don’t you. Oh God. Here we go. Jaxon's Master Plan.” Rhett twirled his fingers in the air and did a horrible Spanish accent.

“First, you must learn about the woman, and then you must be the woman’s desire.”

“I don’t sound like that. You can barely hear my accent at times. You’re just jealous you never have a means for attack. You’re winning depends on my failing, nothing else. If a female decides she doesn’t want me, then she considers you.”

“Oh they come to me willingly way before they’ve listened to one word you’ve said.” He rubbed two fingers together. “Let’s bet some money on this one.”

Jaxon had a worry antenna in his head that only his brother could trigger. At his mention of gambling, no matter how small, his antenna sprung up and delivered waves of anxiety throughout his nerves.

"You want to bet money?”

“Sure.”

“I don’t know. How much are you talking?”

“Let’s go big. She’s definitely not a sure thing.” Rhett's smile made him uneasy.

Xavier Recognition and fear flashed in her eyes. “Very close, but that still is not your real name.”“That name died.”Her warm breath brushed against my lips. “Let’s bring it back to life.”“No.” I tried to twist away from her, but she just clamped me right there. The more I moved, the tighter her grip became until I couldn’t even turn or lift my arm.It was like fighting in a straightjacket made of steel. Good-smelling steel. Soft and sensual steel but hard and stubborn, just the same.It didn’t help that I was naked and her clothed. Our bodies warmed against each other. And there was no stretch in her. She was too well-trained for me to get out of it. I gave up after a few seconds and laughed. What would The Eight say to my being pinned down, butt-naked on the floor with a tiny woman over me?Hundun is done. She leaned her head to the side and studied me. “I like your laugh.”“What else do you like about me?”“A lot.”“My cock?”She widened her eyes and loosened her grip on me. XavierI jumped up from the bed. The sheets and pillows fell from me, falling onto the floor. She appeared caught off guard. Apparently, a fan of Catwoman had come to pay me a visit. She wore a mask and didn’t have her coat on this time. Just her simple superhero gear. That tight, black bodysuit left nothing to the imagination.Every curve was revealed as the dark fabric hugged her generous body. Skin tight. I almost wished she’d put a letter on her chest to give me a clue about her name. She had on black boots with thick heels at the end and silver hooks at the tips. Had I been a good man, I would’ve decided not to kill her. She was a sight of athletic beauty, yet all female. Every curve of muscle had feminine softness. She should’ve been on a pedestal somewhere being prayed to and fed grapes.Too bad you fucked with me.“Good morning.” I launched a sweeping kick and caught her in the midsection. “How do you like your coffee?”She groaned and crashed to the ground.“Or are you a te

XavierI woke up groggy in a strange bed. I blinked my hurt eyes and realized that I had no clothes on. Past events drifted in blurry images in and out of my mind like the hazy fog of a storm-riddled morning. Where am I?I lifted my head up off my pillow. My limbs were sore. It hurt to even move my neck. I felt like I’d just been in a battle for my life and I couldn’t remember why.Whatever happened, it can’t be that bad or I wouldn’t have woken up at all.The bedroom was full of gloom, except for a narrow slash of light which snuck through the gap between my curtains to fall right on my face. The rest of the space was dark. I couldn’t make out anything else.Even though I didn’t know where I was, I didn’t want to leave. The sheets and pillows comforted me. The scent of Jasmine drifted from the silk. The bed rocked from side to side on its own. I’m on a boat. I lay my head back on the pillow and stared at the shadows dancing on the ceiling.Who has me and where are we going?Cut-up

JaxMore thunder rumbled. The raindrops didn’t lessen their tribal beat. Wind whipped all over. I could see the trees violently wagging around outside. Shadows danced all around the room.I hovered above Mia as she lay on the bed.“What’s on your mind?” she whispered and tried to sit up.I tenderly pushed her back down. “Xavier was right.”Her eyes widened. “Excuse me?”I unbuttoned my jeans and took them off. My cock ached to be inside of her. It took no time to get out of my boxer briefs and back on the bed with her. “Jax? What are you talking about? What do you mean Xavier was right?”My cock pointed at her, ready to be enveloped within her wet flesh. “You’re always safer as my wife.”“Maybe.”“I’m not joking about marriage.”She sighed. “I know.”“I want this soon.”“How soon?”“Within the year.” “Can we at least get away from Xavier and make sure we’re safe first?”“Yes, and then wedding invitations.”She rolled her eyes. “Priorities.”“Says the woman naked and on the bed waitin

JaxHe put the key in, turned, and opened the door. Peeking in first, he made sure no one was in there and then he gestured for Mia to go in ahead of him, just in case someone had been following them.“Everything is going to be okay,” He said it more to himself than Mia as he pulled her toward him. “Thank you, Jax.” She leaned her head against his chest. “Thank you.”“For what?”“Everything.”“I think we should be thanking Nyx.”The door shut behind them. The storm raged outside. Inside they stood in each other’s arms, catching their breath. Wet from the rain, our shirts and jeans stuck to our bodies. The world seemed lighter on his shoulders. No Xavier. No game. No plotting or racing after her. They weren’t far enough from him, but he knew they would be. He knew that everything was almost over. He knew that this moment right here would be the beginning of more peaceful moments where a storm might rampage and their enemies might wait for their demise but if they held each other, t

Jax Was Mia okay? Maddening chaos had erupted. He held Nyx’s letter in his hand. The shots came right as he finished it. He’d been on the ground like she’d instructed, but his mind was all over the place. Outside his door sounded like a war of mass destruction. He’d never been a soldier, but he bet he had a good idea what one dealt with. There’d been explosions and gun shots. Men screamed. Bodies crashed into the ground. He’ll never be able to hear a firecracker again and not jump. Whistles rang. Nyx had said that she would whistle when she was fine. Each time something detonated, his heart stopped and he waited for the longest seconds of his life to hear the sweet sound of her whistle. Each time he heard her, he thanked the merciful God above them for getting Mia and him out of here. Nyx had enclosed a key with the letter that said room 69. An odd room number to pick in such a serious situation, but he had no critiques with her help. It could’ve been room 666 and h
