Gathering Katie into his arms, Logan lowered his head towards the juncture between her neck and shoulders, taking in a deep breath of her unique scent, calming his wolf and himself, knowing that in the next few moments, it was either going to be an acceptance or a rejection.
His wolf howling at the thought that she would reject him, but it was known fact that not every soul mate connected, he just hoped that she was as open-minded as she seemed.
