A LUNA FOR TWO ALPHAS (She Belongs To Us Not Him) BLURB “I, Adriana Butterton, rejec-” the words barely left her lips before they attacked. Like a beast hunting a prey Tyler grips her throat cutting off sounds from producing before digging his fangs into her neck. Ryler follows suit sinking his fangs into the other side of her neck. “No, let go!!!” she screams, thrashing her feet beneath them. They just signed their death. ** Adriana Butterton, a young wolf who ran away from home after her father disowned her in favour of her step sister. Now hiding away in a whole new pack, the last thing she expects is to meet her mate. Or should I say mates? The two most powerful Alpha in the whole five packs residing in America, Tyler and his twin, Ryler Chase. Scared for their lives she resorts to rejecting them, something they don't accept. Forcing both their marks on her. But they don't know what she knows. They don't know that any man who tries to claim her dies. The head of her ex buried four feet under the earth can attest to that. Now they have marked her when she already belongs to another. Death is coming after them yet they have no idea. Betrayal, pain, love, heart break, and death seeks to break them apart. Will they ever be able to outrun death or worse overcome it? Or will the same fate that befall her ex become theirs too? What exactly claimed her or is it who?

“Adriana.” That solemn whisper whips through my ears again. My hand freezes on the door of the diner as all the hair on my skin stands to attention. Chills run down my spine as that familiar feeling balls up my throat. Fear. My eyes darted around, searching for any way to find him, but it's fruitless. He is always around, but never enough for me to see him, just enough to let me know that I belong to him, or so he says. “Will you open the darn door?” Jess sneers, tugging at my ponytail that I packed this morning in a hurry. Just focus; you are safe. He won't hurt me. I repeat the mantra to myself before I finally yank the door open, walking into the diner like I own the place. Because I technically do. I mean, working here for three years is no small feat. Lots of employees have quit because of Nana’s overbearing attitude. She used to be the one in the kitchen, cooking all the dishes until she got old and had to employ people. Now those people suffer a lot with Nana’s constant need for perfection. The woman is always breathing down everyone's neck, barking instructions, and complaining how it's not tasty enough. “No, no, no, you aren't stirring it right. You stir to the left with a smile on your face. Be happy to cook; that's the only way the food is super tasty.” Her sharp voice fills the air. And it isn't even nine am yet. Lucky for me, I take it as cooking classes instead of seeing her as someone who has the constant need to be in control. “Good morning, Mama!” Jesse once again yells. Gosh, her vocal cords need to be checked; how can she even summon such a volume of sound? Jesse has been my best friend since three years ago when she offered me a stay for the night after I arrived in California without a penny. I was supposed to stay just one night, but I ended up staying for three years. At one point we started sharing the bills, and not one day do I regret it. Nana peeks from behind the kitchen door, a graceful smile on her lips as she watches us enter. The diner is not so big, but it isn't exactly small either. It has about twenty tables, each of them surrounded by four chairs. The counter is directly opposite the door, while the kitchen is behind the counter. “Oh, look at these beautiful ladies.” Nana squeals, moving from poor Bella’s back. Bella lets out a sigh of relief. Nana’s frail arms wrap around me as she pulls me into a morning hug; my arms automatically find her back. One thing I know: Nana is a big hugger. “How are you, my lovely child?” she pulls back, asking with a smile on her face. “I am doing wonderfully well, Nana. How is it going in the kitchen?” I purposely ask. As if remembering, she turns around and heads back to Bella, who stares at me as if she is about to claw my eyes out. Jesse scrambles after her, grumbling for not getting a hug. Take that bitch. Bella is our coworker, but she has decided to make it her life mission to make my life a living hell. Aside from Jesse, Bella is the next oldest worker here. She was already working here when I came. She hated me right from the start because I am from the UK. Apparently some wolves in California actually hate UK wolves. There are five wolf packs here in America. Moonstone pack. Night Walker Pack. Wind Winder Pack. Dark Moon Pack. Shadow Pack. The Moon Stone pack is where I am. They are ruled by two powerful Alphas, who are twins. The Alphas are the most powerful in the whole of the five packs residing in America. I used to be a Blue Moon pack member in the UK, but as I got disowned, I was cut off. Leaving me with no scent, just like a rogue, but when Jesse took me in. Nana and her husband, after hearing my story, decided to take me in. So they proclaimed me their daughter, automatically making me a Moon Stone member. Oh, my bones are aching. Mondays are such a busy day, as lots of people troop in to buy food because they are apparently too busy to make food. It's early evening, and I just got my first break. Heading out to my usual spot outside with my lunch. It has become a tradition of mine since I got here; I love eating outside on the bench that was directly in front of the diner. Sliding on the cool bench, I take out my sandwich. My hand stuffed a chunk of it in my mouth. The hairs on my neck rise up again, and my eyes automatically dart about trying to find a glimpse of him. “What are you looking for?” Jesse snaps me out of my search. “Nothing.” I say too quickly as she settles beside me with her own lunch. She stares at me for a moment before deciding it's not worth it and starts eating. This isn't the first time she has asked, but I can't bring myself to tell her. No one knows about him, and they never will. He doesn't exist to me. We eat in total silence as I try my best not to look around, searching for him again. I hope he dies a painful death. I came here for a new start, but he had to follow me again. He wants to ruin my life. I don't know what I did to make me his victim. “So…” Oh no, not again. “I was thinking of going to a club tonight,” she starts, inching a bit closer to me. “Ok, that's fine; you can go. Just let me know if you won't be coming back.” I tell her, pretending to not know what she is talking about. The air gets cooler as my hand mingles with the wind. Jesse tucks her brunette hair behind her ears, trying to keep it in place. “Oh, come on. You are always at home on weekends; that's not good. “I don't like clubs; I would rather be at home reading.” I interrupt, not ready for a lecture. It's been three years now, and she has been trying unsuccessfully to get me to go to a club with her. It really isn't my scene. We won't get pissed anyway, so what is the use? “It's been three years,” she pleads, pouting her lips as her hazel eyes twinkle. “Fine.” I grumble. “Yayyy!!!” she shoots out of the screaming loudly in happiness. “I promise you will have the best night of your life. You won't regret it,” she assures. I better not. “Yo mate!!! Let's danceeee!!!” I scream out, stretching my hands to Jesse. Turns out I do love the club, and I have drank so much I barely remember my name. But it is cool he isn't after me. I am safe. She laced her fingers in mine, letting me drag her to the dance floor. “Yesss!!” she squeals. The led light shines bright as we take our position on the dance floor. I move to the beat, letting myself flow with the music as I dance rabidly. At some point a guy starts dancing with me, but I don't mind, I just giggle. See nothing went wrong. A strong smell hits my nostril; one smells like cinnamon while another smells like wood with a hint of whiskey. I turn my head and my eyes immediately meet with two pairs of eyes above in the VIP, staring down at me. My movement halts, my hand dropping down to my side as I stare wide eyed at them. No, no, no. My wolf jumps about as their smell hits me harder. I stumble back as the word tumbles out of my lips. “Mates.” And everything just went wrong. Oh fuck!!Thick red liquid trickles down my forehead as a heavy sting gnaws at my side. “What the heck?” Tyler groans, reaching for his forehead. My sight blurs as everything seems upside down. “Who the heck just did that? The bastard came out of nowhere.” Ryler grits about, jabbing his elbow at the seat. The seat belt holding me cuts loose sending my body crashing forward. My nose flare as the stench of fuel mixed with metal fills my lungs. Hell. “Come on.” Tyler growls, sending his feet into the glass causing it to shatter to pieces. His growls turns more ferocious as he pushes his body forward, diving out of the car regardless of the shards sticking into his body. Ryler on the other hand has a smirk pasted on his lips, a mild groan leaving his lips. He sways out of the car with a sadistic smile curving up on his lips. Barely knowing them I can tell Ryler is more dangerous than Tyler. All smiling, but deadly. My neck throbs from where they marked me, the sting sharp as a painful gr
Chapter 4Oh fuck!!!! This is really bad. I can't have mates; they will die. He will find them and kill them. This can't be happening to me. It's probably because I am buzzed; yes, I am seeing things. There is no way in hell I meet my mate at a club; how ridiculous would it be for me to even have two mates? Pfft. I burst out laughing as I moved my hips to the music, the guy behind me grinding in me further. Normally, I would run away from him, but now the adrenaline pumping through my veins won't let me think properly. The hairs on my neck refuse to go down, a stare so deep I can feel it piercing my bones. Am I really dreaming? Or is this real? I am going to look up one more time, and I am sure they won't be there. Giggling, I raise my head one more time, meeting their gaze again. My wolf howls in happiness, pacing around as she yearns to be in their arms. Crap, it isn't a dream. I actually have mates, and they are in this club at the VIP staring at me in another man's arm
Chapter 3“Adriana, you are being too crazy. What the hell happened? Why are you suddenly leaving?” Jesse screams at me while I stuff my clothes into a duffle bag. After I ran away again I finally got to the road, and mixed with the crowd. They lost me, but I still had to wander about for some time so they didn't follow me home. I finally got home around five in the morning where I met Jesse waiting for me. And we have been arguing since I told her I had to leave. “What the hell happened in the club? One minute I went to ease myself the next I came out, and you are gone. I have been worried sick about you, and you get home only to say you are moving to another city. Like what the hell?” she yells, dragging the cloth I am currently folding away from my hand. She grabs the duffle bag, and throws it to the other side of the room, causing it to smack against the wall. “What the hell is wrong with you, bloody wanker!” I shout, glaring at her so hard it takes a lot not to smack her i
