"What do you mean?" Roman asked, with a frown on his face. His brows were scrunched up, in confusion. Immediately, he moved closer to Nicole and sat beside her.

Taking hold of her hand, he could see how pale her skin was and he was filled with worry.

"She is being controlled!" Nate said but then his tone was filled with uncertainty. His eyes were narrowed and in the next second, he folded his arms.

"What do you mean she is being controlled? She has a mind of her own." Roman said but then he wasn't even a hundred percent sure about his words.

He had also noticed that she wasn't herself.

"Yes! She does but it doesn't seem so." Nate replied.

"Can you find out who is controlling her? Or is she feigning it?" Roman asked. He started to think in all directions, not knowing what to do.

At his words, Nate sighed and then said, "Unfortunately, no. I can't even find a trace of any unfamiliar energy." He replied.
