Alpha Archa

I was in the room, dressing up to sneak out when I heard a knock on the door and I ushered the voice in. I glanced at the door to see who was coming in, my eye glanced through Ella, one of the maids in the mansion. As soon as she saw me she bowed her head down avoiding my eyes.

“Good morning ma’am” Ella greeted, her eyes glued to the floor.

I stopped what I was doing and faced her with a narrowed brow.

“Morning, what do you want?” I asked, gazing at her.

“Your parents are waiting for you in the chamber, your father said you should be fast with what you are doing so that you won’t get late for training” She replied.

“Okay, I’m coming,” I said but she stood there.

I gave her an eye signal to leave.

“Oh shit, why did I wake up late? I need to go to the woods before going to training… what should I do now” I thought as I stood up on the chair.

I smiled, packed some clothes into my bag, and jumped out through the window. I glanced around before changing into my wolf form and I ran toward the woods as soon as possible before the guards could sight me.

Running in the woods is what I enjoyed doing so much before my training. My father is the Alpha of the Blood Crest pack and he would never allow me to go out or socialize with people. I had no other way than to sneak out of the palace every day to take a run in the woods since it gave me joy and pleasure.

Hours later~

I was still running in the woods happily when I bumped into two guys, they were naked. I immediately turned back and they covered themselves with the leaf, I faced them and chuckled.

“Who are you and what are you doing here?” One of the guys questioned.

The other guy threatened me but I was not scared of him.

“You mean…”

“Hola,” Someone called.

“I need to go now” I muttered and ran away.

They watched me as I left.

I went to the lake, getting to the lake I sat down at the edges of it and stared at the water, I inhaled and exhaled. After some time staring at the stream, I changed into my human form and dressed up. When I was done dressing, I packed my hair in a ponytail. I was about to walk away when I saw Dante, my bodyguard. I frowned as soon as I saw him.

“How did he know  I am here?” I thought.

“Your Highness, what are you doing here?” He asked.

“Me… you mean…I came here to have fun” I stuttered and was about to run away when he stood in front of me.

“Where are you going? Your father is worried about you, he asked me to bring you back” He said with a serious tone.

“Father knows I sneaked out again?” I asked and he nodded.

“I’m a dead meat!” I thought.

Dante and I went back to the pack together. Getting to the pack, we headed straight to my father's chamber. As soon as he saw me he walked towards me and slapped me.

A gasp tore from everyone.

“Did he just slap me right now?” I thought as I stared at him.

Tears streamed down my face, he had never laid his hand on me before but today he did. I ran out of the chamber, my maid called me as she ran after me but I ignored her. When I got to my room, I locked the door and lay on the bed, tears fell freely from my face.

“How could he?” I shouted.

“Your Highness” Anel, my maid called as she knocked on the door.

“Leave me alone!” I shouted in tears.

I stood up on the bed, pushed everything on the floor angrily, and hit my leg on the table. A few moments later, I heard Mom’s voice.

“Sweetie, please open the door,” She said worriedly.

“I don’t want to see anyone,” I said and sat down on the chair.

I burst into more tears. Not long after my mom opened the door with a spare key, I bowed my head down avoiding her eyes. She sat down on the floor next to me.

“Sweetie, it’s okay… your father has warned you severely not to sneak out again but you don’t have some listening ears,” She said, wrapping her hands around my neck.

“Mom, I'm fed up with staying here… why can’t I go out? You guys should tell me the reason why I shouldn’t go out” I yelled.

“The reason is that we are protecting you from our enemies, try to understand please…you know your father loves…”

“No, he doesn’t” I interrupted.

“He loves you, I’m sorry,” She said and hugged me.

She patted my back slowly and kissed my hair.

After a few minutes, we disengaged and stood up on the floor, we sat down on the chair together.

“Anel, you can come in,” She said and Anel came in.

“Get her something to eat in the kitchen” She ordered.

“Okay, ma’am,” Anel said and left immediately.

“Can I leave now?” She asked.

I nodded then she left. As soon as she left, I lay down on the bed. My mind drifted to those two guys I saw in the woods. They looked handsome but the other with dark hair was more handsome, I blushed. I was immersed deep in my thoughts when I heard a knock on the door, I knew it was Anel so I asked to come in but unfortunately it wasn’t her it was my two best friends Fantasia and Rain.

“Hola,” They called with a smile.

“You guys didn’t tell me…”

My sentence was interrupted.

“We heard what Alpha Gebe did to you, that was the reason why we came,” Rain said as she sat down on the bed next to me while Fantasia sat down on the couch.

“Huh? Who told you guys” I asked, gazing at them.

They bothered and glanced at each other.

“I promise not to get angry at the person,” I muttered.

“Hmm” They hummed and I nodded.

“It was Dante,” They said, then  I frowned.

“Was he not the one that brought me back to the palace… he was the one that caused it,” I scoffed.

“It’s your fault so stop blaming the poor guy,” Rain said, and I rolled.

“Girls, we are getting late for training, let’s go,” Fantasia said.

“ I bumped into some guys today,” I said as we walked out of my room.

“Who?”  A voice yelled behind us.

We turned back and were shocked to see my father.
