18. Secrets

Daryl had been certain about getting my wolf back and the last few days he had hardly been in the packhouse, whenever I saw him he hardly spoke or he would tell me off for being out of bed. Sometimes I would wake in the night and he would be sound asleep next to me yet by the time I woke in the morning he would be gone.

Jordan reassured me that Daryl was just busy but I didn’t like it, before he wanted to know where I was at all times and now he barely wanted to be in the same room as me.
