An hour later, I was done talking with my dad. I had to thank Mia for so much that she had done in restoring the pack's imagine.

I came outside to meet Damian waiting for me close to hi car. His gaze was down, and his hands tucked into his pocket. For a quick moment, I admired him as I walked down the steps. I continued to stare at him, until I was gaining closer and the moment he raised his head to stare at me, I took my gaze away from him.

"Hey, are you alright?"

I nodded my head while he opened the door for me to step in. As I stepped and took my seat, I decided not to think about anything and just be happy. There were sacrifice I had to make, and here I was already making them. I was doing things no longer for my happiness, but to make things right again and restore everything I lost.
