“What’s that?” I asked, frowning.

Samuel looked me in the eye and smiled. “This is a pregnancy test kit. Dr. Robert asked me to accompany you to do this test and if the result is positive, then he wants us to come to the hospital tomorrow to do a follow-up test. Let’s do it right now because, according to Dr. Robert, the best time to do this test is in the morning when you just wake up. Ok?” he asked.

How could I refuse? It was a big thing, and it was what we’d been waiting for. I couldn’t wait to see the result soon.
