Two weeks had past, and I had only visited Nikki a few times. Carlos had decided not to let me torture her until her shoulder was healing, due to a small infection. Today was the day, though...He wanted her honesty....He wanted her to tell him where her brother was and who he was working for. Carlos was quiet on the drive to the warehouse."Carlos...what are you going to do to Nikki after she tells you the truth?" Carlos looked at me, but didn't answer. " Are you going to kill her...how long do you plan on keeping her?" My conscious was starting to get the better of me.

👑Maria's POV👑I fell asleep shortly after the baby did. When I woke up, the room was empty. No baby, no Carlos, no guard, or nurse, no Madre, no one.
