Raylie's POV
“Hey!”
Thore covered my mouth to keep me silent.
“You’ll wake her up.” He said and stands up from the blanket.
I slumped down the grassy land and he sits beside me. Thore took a glance at Vivienne, who was deep asleep in the blanket.
“When she was sleeping like that, she looks so fragile that I wanted to protect her,” Thore whispered, which made me turned back at him.
He was still gazing at Vivienne.
“Get a life, Thore. She’s stronger than you know.” I told him.
I keep reminding myself that I was not supposed to get angry at him. We have this bro code that we shouldn’t mess with each other's girl.
But still, Vivienne wasn’t anybody’s girl. She was not his and not mine, as well. So, she was out of the question, right?
