Kingston’s POV

This place was a hotel in disguise. It was hard to believe that there was a hotel without security, but the first point of contact was the receptionist. While we were trying to follow Rena’s dot, she stopped us with a smile.

“Welcome to Numb Hotel. How can we be of service to you?”

I frowned, and turned towards her, improvising, “We need a room.”

She mentioned the price, and I could hardly believe how cheap this hotel was. It might have been the reason they lacked security and safety.

She pressed a bell on the table, and we waited – each second painfully long until another woman came out from somewhere. She was fat and her stomach seemed to be obstructing her from moving normally.

“Follow me.” She said.

She started moving us in the opposite direction of the blue dot. I stopped and she copied me, “Any problem?”

I pointed towards the direction, “I want a room on that side.”

She sighed as if she had been afraid we were planning on canceling. I guess they do need mon
