Nia felt threatened, with a pounding heart, Nia tried to maintain her courage. "I'll try to comply with your request," she said in a trembling voice. "But please, don't hurt them."

Darius laughed in a condescending tone, echoing throughout the room and causing Nia to feel even more frightened. Even as he walked closer, his presence felt threatening to Nia. Staggering, Nia took a few steps back and finally fell as her feet hit the chair.

With a gasp, Nia tried to get back up, but fear still filled her. She felt like she was in a trap, trapped in a situation that threatened the lives of her loved ones.

"Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you." Darius said.

Although Darius tried to calm Nia down, his words only made her more anxious. Nia raised her head, her eyes filled with deep fear as she saw the man approaching. Although he offered his hand to help, Nia firmly refused, still falling on the floor trembling.
