Once we got to the clearing I shifted leaving Ryker to pace back in forth in my mind as he worried about his mate, our mate.

I was also worried and didn't even think about anything but getting her help, as soon as we passed the magical barrier Sean had fallen to the ground with Emriy in tow.

Vampires were forbidden to be in our pack land. The spell bounders had cast a protection circle to harm those that did try to cross like it was harming him now, maybe even killing the trespasser.

" Fuck!"

I quickly tapped into the healer for help, there was no way I could carry both of them without others seeing. *Come help, I am a few feet past your place at the barrier*

I bent over and pick up Emiry cradling her to my chest. Her eyes were still dazed and she was unmoving. " What did he do to you?" It pained me to see her this way, Ryker also was upset as he continued to pace.

I also wanted to check on my dad and the other wolves that still were not back.
