LUKE MATTHEW A FLOOD OF hot water was flowing out of the bath with a broken-down door. Two young ladies and male inn personnel were outside. A young lady around sixteen to eighteen with waist-long black hair had her left arm soaked in the tub. “WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU THREE DOING?” The Detective’s voice echoed from the bath through the hallway. “CALL THE AMBULANCE! NOW!” She pulled out the young lady’s arm and found several cuts on her wrist. “She just passed out. HIBARA THE KIDNAPPING CASE of the long-haired girls was closed about an hour later after we found Pedro Quintos hiding in an abandoned warehouse. With him are the five victims and Cara, who have their wrists and ankles tied with the same masking tape that Agatha used to seal the bathroom. The Major and I nabbed the culprit and tied him up with masking tape. The rest went to free the kidnapped women. Of course, it didn’t escape my observant eyes that both Toto and Jan rushed to Cara. From the moment I heard that guy’s name, I knew the culprit was him. The only thing I didn’t have at that moment was the evidence to prove it. And so, I deliberately did not remind them of the lookout plan to set the culprit up. If there is a witness and we can all prove that the witness is telling the truth, then, there’s no doubt that the police would take her statement as solid.
