Chapter 49

It was probably the longest hour of Micheal's life as he waited for Autumn to return from her surgery. He waited in the waiting room with his head in his hands as his leg couldn't help but bounce while he waited 

Those who passed and observed Micheal as he waited, felt sorry for him, but that was it, he didn't see any nurses or doctors, who he could ask of Autumn's current state, and it was driving him crazy.

He couldn't pick up the phone and call Nico or his sister like he usually does when he starts to become impatient because they probably were on a plane to Sweden and wouldn't arrive until tonight, which he was relieved to hear. 

Sitting up, Micheal ran his hands over his face before he looked up at the clock that was on the wall. One hour magically turned into two, which frustrated Micheal as he stood up. Rolling up his sleeves, Micheal began to pace up and down the corridor. He was beginning to worry.
