'The jewel airlines plane 37A crashed due to an unknown issue, above 50 passengers,  20  passengers only surviv—'

Agad kong pinatay ang tv nang marinig ang news.

These days, pang disgrasya, geez!

Agad akong  nang marinig ang doorbell.

"Delivery for Ms.Concepcion?" The man said holding two white big boxes habang sa taas non ay isang pastel colored bouquet, my eyebrows furrowed after seeing it.

"San galing to?" I asked, while calling my assistant to take it.

"Kay Sir Tristan Silvestre ma'am, ang bikini niya ma'am na buksan mo saw una yong may heart na drawing sa taas ng box ma'am, bago yong isa," wika ni kita habang binigay sa assistant ko ang boxes.

"Dito ko lang ilalagay ma'am?" my assistant asked, while smiling.

"Ahh, yes, d'yan nalang Cloud, salamat," I said and smiled at him.

After seeing her out I immediately opened the box, the one that Kit wanted to open first, my eyes widened seeing that it was our pictures since childhood hanggang ngayon. And saw the a royal blue box, I quickly opened it and saw a long letter popped out, and a ring.

'Dear Avyanna Elyse,

I've been a waiting the opportunity to come, but it's had been more than decades of waiting but still, I don't have the guts to tell you, I know call me stupid or what you say shunga, pero alam ko at aminado akong I'm a coward, to be honest I just flew to spain just to hide from you after you read this because, until now I don't have the courage, I couldn't tell you what I really feel about you seeing that you're happy with my cousin, Rigel, it's been 5 years but still I know, deep insiy your heart, you still love him, I know even how many years or decades of staying with you protecting you and loving you, you, I know, that you're still going to choose him, but now, as you read this I know your shocked or crying at some point but, here I am telling you my real unremovable feelings for you, since the first day we meet on kindergarten, I said to myself that one day, that girl I'm standing right at will be my princess, my queen, my happiness, at alam mo? Matapos kong sabihin yon agad akong umiiyak sa nanay ko na gusto kong bumili ng wedding gown na pambata para pakasalan ka agad dahil natatakot ako na baka may naka una pa or baka mawalan ka sa tabu ko, even my own family thought that I'm a gay but I didn't care, I cried. Now since it's been a decade, if you let me , if you give me a chance, to be my missing pieces of my life, please, on the first day na babalik ako sa pinas if you full hearty want to accept it wear this when we meet, a sign that you're saying yes, wait for me my princess, I'm going to make you the happiest queen, that even Rigel couldn't do.

I found myself being dumfounded if what I just read, my heart was beating fast now knowing that my childhood best friend has feelings for me, I didn't got the chance to discover it because I always think if Rigel.

I sighed looking at the ring.

I quickly opened the next box and saw a massively beautiful wedding gown, it has real gems in it, I bet this gown cost millions, at kung titignan mo palang mabigat na.

And then again I saw another letter besides the gown.

'I may not know what's your decision but if you really choose Rigel, I'll support you and accept it at all cost, the bond won't be erased, we'll still treat ourselves like brothers and sisters, but if you gladly accept my wish I would be honored, but one thing is certain, I don't know who ever you chose to be your husband, please promise me that you'll wear this gown to your special day.

While looking at the ring na nasa harap ko ay agad akong napatalon ng biglang pumasok si Cloud sa office.

"Attorney! Nakita mo na po ba yong balita?!" nag mamadaling pag pasok nito.

"What on earth? Yes why?!" singhal ko nito, pa bigla bigla kasing pumapasok.

"Ahh, wala po, share ko lang attorney hehe, ahh! Attorney!" taas daliri na wika nito.

"What is it?"

"Malapit na po mag lunch anong gusto niyo pong kainin?" wika nito habang pindot pindot ang iPad.

"A simple steak will do, wala ka na bang sasabihin?" I asked, massaging my head.

"Attorney, Ngayon po pala ang birthday ng anak niyo, nakalagay dito, teka attorney may anak ka na pala?!" tanong nito agad ko naman siyang tinignan ng matulis.

"Order a bouquet of white roses, and a cake, then send it to me, now, leave," I said and sighed.

"Eto na po ang inutos niyo attorney," naka ngiting wika ko nito.

After that I took the cake and the roses and drove my way, kung saan ang anak ko.

"Happy 5th birthday anak," I said and put the cake and rose on the table.

"It's been 5 years, you're now a big girl, sorry if you couldn't see your daddy," I smiled, habang hawak hawak ang headstone ng anak ko.

"Well then, mommy needs to go back na anak," I said and left.

While I was about to open the door of my office cloud started to shout again running towards me.

"Attorney! Attorney!" sigaw sigaw nito habang bitbit ang iPad at laptop nito, I tilted my head, she only brings the laptop with the iPad whenever there's a case na pang hahawakan ko.

"What are you doing?" I asked with my eyebrows furrowed.

"May client ka! Na'ko attorney yong sa balita? Yong plane na nag crash? Yong piloto non kinakasohan ng mga pasahero!  Kaya ikaw ang kinuha ng airlines nila!" atat na wika nito.

"Oh? Okay, tell them to come here, exactly 30 minutes, I don't want them to be late," I said and was about to open the door when Cloud shut it.

"Hindi, attorney tayo, ikaw dapat ang pu-punta sa kanya, baka dagsain siya ng mga tao," wika nito.

I grinned before answering.

"This better be a good case for me to win," I said and walked out.

Habang nag lalkad kami patungo kung saan nag hihintay ang client ko ay agad kong inutosan si Cloud na mag order coffee at donuts at agad nakong nangunang pumunta doon.

I entered a room, a vip room sa coffee shop, agad kong nilibot ang mata ko at hinanap ang maging client ko, there was no one here.

My eyes widened when I saw a man who stood up, wearing a royal blue polo with his hair gelled up, he looked at me and waved his hands.

"Rigel," I whispered, looking at the man who left me, the man who left his daughter.

Potangina naman.

I was about to turn around like I didn't saw anyone, but when Cloud appeared, holding a tray of coffee and donuts.

"Oh, attorney san ka pu-punta? Ang bait niyo naman po, babalikan mo sana ako para tulungan ako attorney? Na'ko salamat po pero kaya ko na po attorney, oh ayon na po yong client niyo attorney," wika nito sabay nguso nito kay Rigel.

"Yan ba client natin?" I asked and turned my head in him and looked back on Cloud.

"Yes po, Sir! Sir Gonzales!" sigaw nito sabay lapit kay Rigel.

My feet were rooted on the floor, I couldn't move nor I didn't really want to move.

"Attorney, mag usap na po kayo, baka matuntunan kayo dito ng mga tao," wika ni Cloud at agad na buksan ang laptop nito.

I sighed hard before waking close to them.

"Good afternoon Mr. Gonzales, I'm your attorney for this case, Attorney Avyanna Elyse  Concepcion, we can win your case if you tell me all, tell me the truth and I will asure you that we will win," I said and took a sip in my coffee.

"Avy," he whispered, smiling, making Cloud shock.

"Mag ka kilala kayo Sir?" he asked looking at the both of us.

"Ye—," bago pa masagot ng kompleto ni Rigel si Cloud at agad ko na itong pinutol.

"No, kung oo sana hindi nalang ako ang kinuha ninyong abogado, marahil baka sabihin nila na pinanalo dahil mag ka kilala tayo," I said looking at the both of them.

"Now let's start, what happened when the time you flew the plane?" I started while Cloud also started to type.

"Case adjourned," the judge said and immediately stop up.

I smirked seeing that the other side was the one who requested it, it was pretty not fair for me, we almost won since the other side didn't have any strong evidence, only witness who couldn't prove what were they saying.

"Well then, see you next time," Rigel said, smiling at me.

I just looked at him and left without saying anything to him.

Habang nasa office ako, biglang malakasang bumukas ang pinto ng office seeing Xali angry.

"Avyy!!" she shouted, and the next thing I knew she slapped me in the face.

"X-xali? Anong nangyari sayo?" I asked looking at her, shocked.

"Drop the case, ang tanga tanga mo! Hindi mo ba alam na isa si Tristan sa mga namatay sa plane na yon!" she shouted out of anger and it froze me.

Agad akong bumagsak nang marinig ko yon.

"Ano yan prank? Si Kit? Patay? Ako lukohin mo Xali," I said sabay turo sa kanya.

"Stupid! Do I look like I'm joking! Di mo man lang ba napansin na maski text galing kay Tristan wala! Dahil wala na siya Avy, wala na siya," she said, now crying.

"Prove it," I said, looking at her emotionless.

Habang nasa byahe kami ay papunta kung nasaan si Kit ay halos di ako maka hinga ng maayos dahil sa kaba.

Joke lang to, please, joke lang  to.

Sana kahit surprise proposal nalang kit, papayag ako.

"He's inside," she said, not looking at me.

Agad akong pumasok, at laking gulat ko nang makita kong may isang matawan na naka higa sa isang higaan na naka tabon ang buong katawan.

Hindi ko napansin ang sarili kong umiiyak habang papalapit sa katawan na yon.

Marahang hinila ko ang tela na naka tabon sa katawang naka higa.

"KITT!!" agad na sigaw ko ng makita si Kit, si Kit ang bangkay na nasa harap ko, si Kit na kalahari ng katawan ay sunog.

"Kiiitt! Bat naman ganito kit oh!! Ikaw na nga lang merong ako!! KITT! GISING DIYAN!!" paulit ulit na sigaw ko nito habang naka luhod.

"KIT! PATI BA NAMAN IKAW DI TUTUPAD SA PANGAKO!!" sigaw ko habang niyuyog-yog ang higaan niya.

"Now, drop the case, let that fucking pilot die in prison," biglang wika ni Xali sa likod ko.

"Alam mo ba kung sino ang piloto na yon? Xali?" I asked, looking at her, she's really angry.

"I don't fucking care who it is, he's a fuck, drop the case or let him die, pumuli ka, yong piloto na yon o kaibigan mo?! " she said and stormed out.

Kuya mo yong piloto Xali, kuya mong matagal nang nawawala.
