Kutsu 苦痛 means bitterness and agony. Kizu 傷 means scar or wound. In english, it is pretty much the same as pain. Engeki as a whole means dramatic theatre or play. But it can mean something else when separated and with different characters. En 炎 means flame not fire Geki 滌 means radical or incite

The main character and his group all decide to fight for their independence against the government who has nefarious plans for them.
