Chapter IX
Jimmy couldn't stop thinking about what happened at the castle earlier. He didn't expect the King to ask him to leave them. He thought that their relationship had improved since the evening when they spoke in front of the moonlight, but it seemed that nothing had changed, Taegen didn't care much about their conversation.
His thoughts were troubled, that's why he decided to sleep, with the balcony wide opened to let the gentle breeze of the evening caress his skin.
He dreamed of creatures with two heads and colours. To know that the change of the King's eyes colour meant something only made him more curious about him. He wanted to know what he felt when he was around him, he wanted to know what blue meant or green.

Ruvyn and Nieven headed together to Jimmy's room to wake him up and have breakfast together. The wizard gently knocked and opened the wooden door.“Jimmy wake up—!” Ruvyn widened his eyes when he saw Jimmy sleeping, his head resting on the king's shoulder. Ruvyn left to help his lover and Jimmy found himself alone once again. He went for a walk around the garden and sat in front of the fountain. He kept reciting each colour's signification to keep them in his memory to understand the king better. From what he could see lately, his eyes mostly shifted to blue when he was around him. He smiled just thinking about the fact that the charismatic king might be shy with him.Jimmy watched the fairies work; some mopping the floor, others cleaning the cutlery or removing the dirty sheets and replacing them with cleaner ones.
