Love and Secrecy

Zachary lunged at Diana which made her scared shitless. But to her surprise, he instantly pulled her in his arms and hugged her as if his life was dependent on it.

“Never leave me like this,” he murmured in her ear and kissed her temple. Diana was flabbergasted. She could hear the wild thumping of his heart. He indeed looked scared which blossomed several questions in her mind.
