"You sound jealous." He pointed out and pushed off the wall. He walked towards me with a mischievous glint in his eyes. "You wish." I barely said as my knees went weak with the expectation of him touching me. "Do you want me to fuck your brains out?" Issa huskily asked as he groped me to his hard muscled body. The slit between my legs was heating up. I knew that I had to be very careful about my answer or things were going to take a dirty turn. "In your dreams," I whispered and softly pushed him back. I prayed that he had not caught on to my moment of weakness. "I will be waiting for you in my dreams then." _________ Yulia— a stubborn and rebellious wolf's life is turned upside down when she's forced to move in with her step-uncle, Lycan Issa Frostwood, after her mother's death. "Hey. . ." A stranger called and it made my wolf dance with excitement.
I dropped my glass of tequila and looked up, only to be met with eyes so green they made my wolf stir with desire.
"Hey." A small smile played on my lips.
His smile grew wider when he saw that I had not chased him away. He helped himself unto the next seat and waved at the bartender.
"I'd like a glass of what she's having and more for her," he instructed.
There was something about the way he spoke that messed with my thought process. I downed my glass of tequila to hide the hunger slowly growing on my face.
"Having a bad day?" He asked as he turned to stare at me again.
I swallowed hard at the question as I thought of my mother's funeral which I had literally escaped from and somehow ended up here.
"You have no idea," I whispered and watched as the bartender poured me some more.
"That makes two of us," he announced and downed his glass of tequila in the same way that I had done. "Best for us to enjoy each other's company since we can relate to the pain."
My wolf shifted at his words and my eyes actually ran down his body. His dark hair fell over his forehead, they looked wet and I wanted to run my fingers through them.
He was dressed in black loose clothes. His shirt exposed smooth yet sexy skin underneath and I was suddenly eager to see the rest of him.
He looked way older than me, yet my wolf began to dance seductively in my mind. I wanted him and this made me swallow hard.
"Did I pass the test?" He suddenly asked as he gave me a knowing stare. When he saw my confusion, he continued. "You were checking me out."
His beautiful eyes swept over my body and I started to heat up from under his gaze. Why was this stranger affecting me so much?
"Are you flirting with me?" I blurted out. I could as well end it here before it got too far.
My wolf twisted in disapproval. She wanted this thing we had going to escalate into something crazy.
"Do you want me to?" He smirked as his stare grew more intense and I felt a strange yet enticing fire come alive within me.
My wolf was dancing fiercely now and I knew that it was dangerous for me to remain seated here with him. Now was the best time to escape before I went too far down the rabbit hole.
"I'm eighteen," I stated, hoping that it would be enough to discourage him. I doubted if men his age would want to be with women as young as me.
Yet his amusement grew and he leaned in closer so that we were now inches away.
"And I'm twenty eight. . . What a perfect match," he whispered and this time, I felt heat pulsate from between my legs.
My mouth turned as dry as ash and I did not trust myself to speak anymore. He had me cornered. I was sure that he could see the hunger in my eyes.
"Studies show that a little bit of fun and some alcohol can ease pain," he said as he brought his lips to my left ear.
The moment his hot breath fanned my skin, I felt tingling sensations shoot down from the spot and scatter across my body like electricity.
How could one man have this much effect on me?
"Let's dance," he whispered before pulling away and looking into my eyes.
His forest green eyes were now glowing and I could almost tell how much excitement he was feeling.
He offered me his hand and I hesitated. "I know you want to," he teased.
My wolf urged me to go for it. Yet I wanted to run away. I turned to my glass again, took another shot and allowed the alcohol take control.
Then I accepted his hand. "Fine, let's dance."
A smile played on his lips as he began to lead me through the herd of dancing people. The world began to dance around my vision like the sea of people and I started giggling.
He finally found a spot close to a wall where the flashing red and green lights were dimmer.
"This is perfect," he muttered in satisfaction.
Then he grabbed my waist and suddenly pulled me closer to his chest. I gasped and he only smirked.
"Go with the flow. . ." He whispered. "Let the music and the alcohol do its thing."
I giggled at him as I began to move with the rhythm of the loud yet sensual music. He suddenly turned me around and began to trail his hands over the curves of my body.
He pushed my hair out of the way and brought his lips to my neck. "You're beautiful. . ." He whispered. "And you smell so good."
Tingling sensations travelled down my neck, down to my already wet pussy. I felt his teeth gently grab the skin on my neck. He was busy giving me gentle bites that messed with my senses and sent my wolf dancing into a frenzy.
"I want you. . ." He whispered just as I moaned.
His hands somehow ended up on my breasts and I hissed the moment he squeezed them.
"But you're a stranger. . ." I moaned breathlessly.
Then he swiftly turned me around so that he could look into my eyes. "Yet you do not feel like a stranger to me," he muttered. "It feels as if I've known you forever. . ."
His eyes began to glow again and I felt as if he was trying to suck me into his world, as if he was trying to transport me into a world that was going to hold just him and me.
My wolf began to dance for him and I wanted him to claim me as his. I wanted him to take me away. I was suddenly ready to surrender to him but the smart side of me told me to back away— to run from him.
"This isn't right," I suddenly said but his sexy eyes locked with mine and drowned me. "I don't want this," I whispered slowly as I found myself diving deeper.
"You can not lie to me, my darling. . ." He whispered.
How could he tell what I was truly feeling? Could he read my mind?
I gasped and widened my eyes at him. "Who are you?"
~YULIAThe world turned completely black. There was no sound. There were no emotions. There were no sights. There were no thoughts. There was just stillness. Cold, lonely yet somewhat comforting stillness. And for some reason, it brought tears to my eyes. The emotions I did not feel at the start, I began to feel as tears began to exit my eyes. There was so much pain at the depth of my core. Burning, raging and consuming pain. It was so great that my body began to tremble with confusion. My heart ached and I felt abandoned— doomed to face this alone.I had never felt this way before. I— I could not explain the feeling. It was suffocating. It was crippling. It was breaking me apart, piece by piece. I felt so hollow and empty. Was this how Darkness felt? I felt so lost. The comfort was now long gone. There was no end. It was a long deep void that stretched on for eternity. I could not tell where or who I was anymore. I had lost all sense of direction— all sense of being an
~YULIAIt was cold. Too cold. My vision was blurry. The ceremony was gone. Everyone at the ritual was gone. I wasn't even at the ceremony anymore. I was somewhere else and I had no idea where that was. Where was I? A cold chill ran down my spine. Yara shifted with uneasiness. My body trembled with what resembled fear and I found myself looking around wide eyed as my heart pounded heavily. Was this how it was supposed to feel? The Priestess had only mentioned that I would be hit by harsh images. So why had I been completely transported elsewhere?"Yulia. . ." A cold eerie voice called. My heart sank to my darkest core.It sounded too familiar and the sickening part was that I recognized it. I turned around and crimson eyes appeared in the deepest part of the shadows casted on the walls. "Impossible! I shouldn't be seeing you! I touched the Crystal of Light!" I roared as I staggered back in shock like he was a plague. Well, he was a plague! He chuckled. "Yes you did. . . But
~YULIA"You really think that I'll go alone to Albus' ceremony?" Issa demanded as he glared at me. I faced him with all the guilt and vulnerability I felt. My heart was bleeding. My soul was aching and I could hear it over and over, the same words replaying in my mind. I killed Albus. I released a shaky breath. "You read Davina's message. She doesn't want me there." He shook his head at me. "Davina does not have the right to stop you from paying your last respect to Albus. You think Albus wouldn't want you to be there? At his funeral?" "What is my presence there supposed to change? I killed him, Issa! I killed him!" I screamed as the tears began to flow down my cheeks again. That was when Issa instantly grabbed me and pulled me into his arms. "Don't ever say that, Yulia. You killed no one. You have never taken a life before. You're pure and innocent. You're the child of Light." My body began to tremble against his hold. I wept against his shoulder and my tears began to wet his
~JAMALI smiled as I stared up at Lana from my bed. Her beautiful eyes seemed to glint even brighter than before. She could not stop holding my hands. "You scared the shit out of me. Do you know that?" She whispered as she moved her hands to my cheeks. They felt even warmer than when she had been holding my hands. My wolf shifted with satisfaction and I smiled at her. There was something about her warmth. And I felt it from the very first day she touched me. It had always had this celestial feeling. This magical feeling that I could not fully understand. Such that everytime she touched me, it always made me feel relaxed. It always brought me peace. And because she was touching me now, I felt the relaxing feelings hint my nerves and as a result, my healing abilities spiked up. The wound began to gradually close, debunking the doctor's earlier words that my healing senses had been affected and it would take a while for me to fully heal."You made me cry so much," she whispered
~MILESIris has never known it but I've always been staring at her. Long since she was dating Issa. Long since I set my eyes on her. I just knew that she was mine. I just had this greatest sense of knowing and I had never felt so sure about anything else in my entire life like I was sure about Iris. So the question was. . . Why didn't I make a move? Why did I remain silent all these years? Why did I let her be in her own world and not try to make her understand that we were meant for each other? My wolf stirred at my thoughts. The answer was simple.I was nothing but a coward. I swallowed hard as I stared at her shocked eyes. She had no idea how long I had waited for this day to come. The day that I would finally tell her about how I truly felt for her. The day I would tell her how much she meant to me.She parted her lips slightly in disbelief. "I—" She hesitated and I swallowed hard. It must have really felt impossible to her. "I don't understand," She muttered breathlessl
~IRISI had heard people once say how they lost their entire world within seconds because someone important was taken from them. I had heard them say how they felt their hearts stop and refuse to beat for seconds.I never believed any of them.I just thought that they were all exaggerations. Until this very moment. The very moment in front of me as I watched myself lose my sister.I could practically see my world ending right in front of me. The pain that was slowly scattering across my body was not just affecting me physically. I was getting emotionally and psychologically hit. My entire being— my existence was being questioned and for a split second, I thought about jumping after her.Because Andrea had just slipped right out of my fingers. I had missed her by a few inches. I failed to protect my little sister when it was the only job I had. To protect Leia and Andrea. My heart was about to explode as I watched Andrea fall and all this, I was seeing happen slowly.
