Chapter 39

Eiden hadn't spoken a word since they left the hospital, the silence was killing her but she was too scared to even utter a word. He placed her plate roughly on the table, she flinched as it brought her out of her thoughts. 

"I'm sorry," She muttered an apology. 

He didn't answer, he just took the seat opposite hers and had his dinner. "I-" She was about to apologize again but she was cut off in the middle, "have your food first, you need to have your medicine." 

"But-"

"Elle," He glared at her.

"Okay," She picked up the fork and stuffed the food in her mouth. 

After they went back to their room, Eiden handed her the medicine, she gulped it in a go and looked at him, but he continued ignoring her and went into the bathroom, she sighed and got up from the bed, she had it enough, "How long are you going to ignore me?" She complained as she followed him inside, "Damn you!" He immediately wore his shirt back.
