Chapter 25

That night June got home to an empty house, her sister wasn't back from school yet and Luna had finally gone to her house. It was so lonely that June wished Luna was still around. She took out her phone and called her. She picked up immediately.

"Don't tell me you are missing me already" Luna said and June laughed.

"Not really, I was hoping to call the cops on you today for breaking into my house but I was disappointed since you weren't here," June said jokingly.

"You nagged so much that I just couldn't take it anymore." She said and the two women laughed. "Rico wanted me home tonight that's why I left, but since you miss me I will be back tomorrow," She said.

"I'm meeting Michael's family tomorrow" June confessed.

"Oh my God, did he ask you to marry him?" She asked and June rolled her eyes.

"That's absurd, what the fuck is wrong with you. why would he ask me to marry him? why would you even think that?" June said

"Well maybe because you said 'i'm meeting Michael's family tomorrow'
