Chapter 39

'’Lord knows i’m stuffed.’’ Amanda sighed.

She had eaten enough food to feed three people. Parker on the other hand had eaten like a lion, devouring everything on his plate. The quiche they had for dinner was very tasty, one of the best Amanda had ever had.

Whoever had cooked it, cooked it to perfection and she couldn’t wait to have another taste the moment she got the chance.

‘’I’ll like to show you somewhere.’’ Parker said.

‘’Hmm where?’’ Amanda asked.

She didn’t know where this mysterious place was but whatever it was, she was prepared to go with him.

‘’We’ll be taking a drive to the canyon, on the outskirts of the city.’’ he said.

Amanda was excited to hear this. She had heard so much about the canyon and she couldn’t wait to see what it looked like. Parker was happy over her excitement. He was always happy to see her excited and he secretly plotted ways by which he could make her more happy.
